Here is the question: Explain why informal* changes to the Constitution have been used more frequently than formal changes to alter the scope of national power.

* for purposes of discussion, informal changes means laws, traditions, and judicial review.

What is the rationale behind allowing middle schools to hand out birth control while High School students can’t even take an aspirin without parental consent….I mean come on….have we lost so much control over our youth that birth control is NEEDED in grade school….

And why the double standard?....twelves year olds can decide for themselves something with such far reaching consequences ...but seventeen year olds don't know if they have a headache?

Has she ever owned a business.
Has she ever run a city, county, or state government
Has she ever ran a sucessful policy given to her by her husband.
Education policy in Arkansas and health care was a debacle under her leadership.
If you were on a corporate board would you hire her to be your president?
Could someone please state for me why she should be president of the United States being the wife of the ex-president don't cut it.

You already have states that are offering benefits for a family of four making up to $70,000. But that's not enough apparently, NY wants to offer benefits to those with a family income of $82,000. I have no problem with the idea of helping actual poor families, but at some point it just becomes universal coverage by default.

At least for the moment we have a President who stood up to this thankfully, but will the next one?

If you love big government...move on from this question.

We currently have 50 States, each with it's own expensive government. We divide the country into 10 large states and dumping 40 state houses...a savings of 960 billion. We had small states because transportion to had to be with a 2 day riding distance to the capital...we've out grown the old system. We have 5 layers of gov, fed, state, county, city & twp....we cut that to Fed, State and City level...a savings of 850 billion yrly.

Of couse I have every detail figured...ask me and I'll tell you the answer. Under my plan, people who get SS money would increase by 23% (seniors) the deficts would be Zero in 3 years, taxes would be no more than 10%. Did you know that 83% of taxes is nothing but salaries & benifits

I know my plan is a radical move..I know many will critize..BUT take the time to "ASK" me a question and I'll answer right back!

It's time for REAL change now!

...to the very degree that there is no discrimination, we all get paid the same, regardless of job or rank, and nobody is superior to one another...or someone isn't treated like an idiot, you know, we all just work together for the benifit of each other. the only exception would be members of the gov who control everything in your life, spying on you, so that you don't do harm to others, which directly effects our little system we have going on here. what do you think about that? it is fair, unlike the system we have now where the rich just seem to get richer and the average citizen is treated like crap.
