"..that no person be tried for any crime.. until he be first indicted by a grand jury.."
okay, so is this like habeas corpus or something.
this was suggested to add in the constitution for approval of many that were against it but the only thing that comes to mind is habeas corpus.
what's the term for the quote above?

So how do you all feel for the upcoming Amero? To "make the economies of Canada, USA, and Mexico even the Amero will be valued at the following.
1 USD = 1 Amero

(11 pesos = 1 USD) but now
1 PESO = 1 Amero

(0.98 canadian dollars = 1 USD) but now

I am a Michigan resident, but I currently reside in New Mexico (due to military). What the hell is going on up there? I haven't lived there since 2004 and all I read is that it is going downhill.....FAST!
I know is that my property tax (Trenton, MI) is already sky high ($3500 per year); I still own a house there. I would love to sell the house, but all I hear is that the market is horrible and it will never sell. So I am going to rent it out instead.
I have heard that Michigan is having a tax raise? On what? Sales or property?
My prayers to everyone in Michigan!

Are we already a military industrial theocracy? ... are decisions made in government already decided by political pressure from big business? ... more to the point, has big business gotten key people elected to power positions, so we will go to war whenever Lockheed or Haliburton need to make lots of money

how long will we allow them to use the excuse that our military 'signed up' for this ... a standing army promoting capitalism halfway around the world

... and isn't this exactly what George Washington warned us was the only thing that could bring down our great nation

is there any way we can return to the principles our great nation was founded on?

I was going through some history research and online resources, and personally, I suspect that if President Bush hadn't grounded all air traffic, there would have been more hijacked plane crashes.

Could this be possible?

When he himself has created the largest deficit in history. Bush has had the largest govermnet spending bill in history.
Bush has passed through more programs using government money than any president in history. And NOW he wants to veto a spending plan? Is it because its a democratic spending plan, or is it because hes entering his final year, and wants people to remember him as fiscally conservative. Does he even have a right, as the biggest spender in HISTORY to veto something that is aiding our country, and aiding the people whos numbers have swelled since his presidency, Veterans?

Any input??? I have lots of information on history that would raise eyebrows and probably get me killed ;(
