I'm new to America, I just ran across the border and want to completely drain this country every possible way. How do I collect disability, unemployment, welfare and free college tuition? Is there a simple form I fill out to get all this stuff? Help?

The form that you need to fill out is an admission form to a competent mental health facility. You have what is called "Multiple Personality Disorder" a condition where the individual assumes the personalty of another. In your case, you have assumed the racist stereotype of a Mexican. They may also be able to help you with your irrational racist views (also a sign of mental illness)
