Would this be a just compromise for the diffrent sized groups in Iraq to share legislative power spliting it equally in one body and porportional to percent of the population in the other? Would this withstand carefull and full review and consideration for it being a fair and just way to share the power of their government by the leaders of each of the three groups in Iraq?
Would this get one more problem resolved hastening the day when a cease fire agreement can be reached with all but the most extreme groups in the country which would allow american troops to leave the country because all the groups who were involved in the ceasefire and involved in the central government would collectivily be strong enough to hold together the nation and focus on capturing terrorists and preventing terrorist attacks there? I'm not sure this is flawless and I'd love to see anyone poke any holes in it they can. Of course the groups in Iraq have to be willing to really try share power justly.

Considering that the President can fire U.S. Attorneys at his whim why would Congress put such a priority on this case letting other cases more important to the citizens see the light of day? I would say probably because of partizan bickering and squabbling over power rather than doing their jobs. But if you know what would be accomplished for this nation by Congress gaining leverage over the President besides short term power to the Democrats and long term damage to the executive branch of the government please enlighten me.

Does he have to call Saudi Arabia and Kuwait first?
He does not listen to Americans.
Who does he listen to?
We need peace in American cities, schools and health care.
The Supreme Court of the USA appointed him, not Kuwait nor Saudi Arabia.

You guys have come up with many reasons why the 9/11 was a conspiracy. And many were good ideas, but there are a few major flaws. The biggest of which is the money. Conspiracy theorists say that Bush planed, and executed 9/11 as an excuse to go to war. The question i have for you is why send the economy into a downward spiral, one that we still haven't recovered from, right before we go to war? We need money to fight a war, right? It just doesn't make sense.
Then you also need to look at the effect. When the planes hit the country united. but it quickly died away. there are plenty of other targets that could have been hit that would have had the entire country, and maybe the entire world up in arms. could you imagine the up-roar that would have ensued if the planes had hit a school? I can guarantee that had it had been a school, the vast majority of the planet would have backed the U.S. Now if a 22 year old collage student can realize all this why wouldn't the Government.

The simple fact is that there are too many people making money off of the cheap labor and they are controling the politicians with thier money. We have 12-20 million illegals taking legal citizen's jobs not to mention that they will be the majority in a few decades. All I ask is that they go through the proper channels. Is it just me or is this getting out of control?

I'm writing an essay if I agree with the outcome or disagree. I however have mixed emotions I believe that in some ways health care should remain the same because in the US people can get fast efficient health care such as needing a heart transplant where as in Canada were they practice a universal health care people have to often wait years. However I also know that many Americans get their prescriptions from Canada because they have a universal rate which is much cheaper than to get prescriptions in the US. I was wondering what other peoples opinions are on this issue. Do you think that President Clinton’s health care proposal should have been put into effect or are you happy with the outcome and the way the US health care is today?

As we all know, the U.S. Supreme Court "appointed" Bush 2 as President of the United States in 2000 with a 5/4 split decision, but do you recall him complaining about his thin margin of "victory"? All I can remember was his gloating all the way to the White House. Now when the Democrats manage to pass a bill he doesn't like, he calls it a "narrow" vote. Yes, NOW he complains about a slim margin of victory for the other side because it didn't go his way. Wah! Wah! Wah!

If it get a seat than why not let the Virgin Island and Puerto Rico seats too?

Does what the Constitution say matter? Should the Constitution be amended then let them vote in congress or do we just pretend it says something it doesn't?
