I'm currently studying Congress and it's organization, it's members, it's committees and etc. I'm having trouble locating this answer in the text and notes. Anybody with a good knowledge of Government that could help out? It would be very much appreciated. Thanks! :-)

If the house were to make a bill stating that all car dealerships had to make it so that at least 1/5 of their inventory was Battery Electric Vehicles, and that all public places had parking spots specifically for BEVs with charging equipment provided, where would the money come from in case of appropriations?

She is the most cold and heartless secretary of state there has ever been. She is devoid of compassion or emotion. Just look at some of her quotes:
