yes and yes, respectively. They will just have to "catapult the propaganda" (bush). All they have to do is "tell the big lie" (Hitler) and enough people will believe enough of it to make it affective.

The man is amazing. It's going to be interesting to see what happens with the 'authors' of the torture memos. Seems to me there is a behind the scenes movement to get somebody from the Bush/Cheney administration into a court of law, and Dick, looks like he's more than willing to comply. It only takes a few good men. Maybe we'll see a repeat of Nixon's kinds of antics from Cheney. I was young when the Nixon impeachment hearings were going on but I was old enough to be eligible to go to Vietnam. If the same kind of scenario were to develop, I would actually start to consider there is a god. Cheney, in my very humble opinion, is more than willing to have America attacked again for his personal gain and the gain of the GOP. Notice I did not say the republicans. When I say GOP, I mean people like Cheney, Bush Sr., Stevens from Alaska. The power brokers of the party. What can you say about Cheney other than he is clueless and classless.

The amount of outrageous BS surrounding this question is mind boggling. To include a question in my answer, where, other than plain anti-American rhetoric, do people come up with these ideas? Disclaim all news sources as propaganda then fall back on some asinine web site based on fantasy and proclaim that as gospel.
The last incursion into Iran was, as stated above, by Britain and the USSR in 1941 to prevent an Axis supported coup and prevent Iran's oil from becoming a German asset.
After the war Iran nationalized their oil, British Petroleum, and the UK immediately imposed an embargo and approached the US to assist in a coup. Truman refused. After Eisenhower was elected the British intelligence convinced him that Iran was pro communist and he agreed to help overthrow Mossadegh and replace him with a government that was pro-US. Mossadegh surrendered in 1953 and was sentenced to 3 years.
1979, the US embassy was seized and personnel were held hostage until Reagen was elected after ineffectual attempts by Carter to gain their release.
Present day, Iran supports Hezbollah, open attacks on Israel, instigating violence in Iraq, covert attacks on US and British personnel and active pursuit of nuclear weapons.
To date, there have been no attempts to take over Iran or even respond to attacks on Americans other than arrest the Iranians in Iraq who were supposedly diplomats but in fact were agents whose goal was to foment more violence and extend Irans influence and hopfully in the future place Iraq under the control of the Ayatollah and put in place their system of justice which includes hanging 15 yo girls for immoral behavior because they were raped by a 61 yo old man.

Clean what?! Clean oil from these country's maybe.
When the war with Iraq started US forces destroyed water supplies first. 5000 child's/day died than. What type of military tactics is that?! If that is what you call infidels, maybe you're right.

Anybody with ANY sense would realize that the US attacking Iran would be a DISASTER. All of the other Muslim countries would come to their aid, and most Iranians are unhappy with their government now, so an attack by the US would only boost the popularity of an unpopular government. Better to leave them to have their own revolution from within - it is happening slowly. BTW: I am an American.

What you don't buy...
"Iran is amassing weapons of mass destruction"
"Iran is supplying materials and aid to terrorists in Iraq and elsewhere who are attacking our troops daily"
"Iran is supplying materials used to build the most deadly IEDs in IRAQ"
That's OK...you don't have to because Bush & Co. are going to do what they want to anyway.

It would be interesting if America did absolutely nothing about anything; then, when one of these rogue states drops a big bomb down somebodys toilet, everyone says, " why didn't America stop them"? Can't win for losing.

Yes they do. Lets try and take over another country believing that they have nukes when they won't till 2015. Then lets take over any Muslim populated country and wipe them out(cause Bush says they're all bad). Then we'll start taking over any other country who thinks they're better than us. Then nuke the crap out of them.
More propeganda for all the sheeple to believe and let the US soldiers die for no cause like Iraq right now.
I don't have the facts if we've tried to invade Iran, but we did do terror attacks on them back in the 50's to get their leader out of power who rid them of communism. But we wanted power and control as always and said no, let there be chaos. Teddy Rosevelt's grandson was the one in charge of leading all these terror attacks to blame on their leader Mossedef.
