I have to say the US has failed in this category. I do love the statement parade gave about (Muammar al-Qaddafi of Libya and Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan) have slipped out of the Top 10—not because their conduct has improved but because other dictators have gotten worse.

Where are the peace loving liberals. They've even been given a list of those countries in order of importnce. Now go and create love and peace.

This has got to be the dumbest question yet.All the things listed abive go on year after year by one country or another.The USA is the only country that comes to the rescue at any time.I only wish is that they stop asking us for help.

they think of that's communist via fact definitely everyone seems to be ignorant and don't comprehend what communism is and because china says that's communist. human beings think of that's a dictatorship via fact that's undemocratic single party state with a bad human rights checklist an no loose speech.

Mugabe has singled handedly destroyed that country.
