It's hard to find anything positive to say about the Republican in the last 6 years. Are they smart enough to turn it around or are the Dems going to blast them into oblivion in '08

It has been reported in The New Hampshire Chronicles, that the celebrated reclusive American writer and poet, Linda J Cirillo is to stand for Governor in the next Gubernational race.

Is that wise?

The long established British systems of justice are being shunned by Muslim clerics who have introduced Sharia law into parts of the country with the blessing of the Labour government.
Sharia courts exist in every major city across Britain where there is a Muslim community. Muslim clerics who run the courts dole out justice according to the teachings of the Qu’ran, the Islamic holy book.
Is this a christian country or what?

dont you think that the woman needs to make the decision to be a mother or not before she conceives ? if a man and a woman choose not to use any birth control , then they understand that they could possibly be parents . why should the baby pay for them making the wrong decision ? a woman should have the choice to have a baby or not , just make that decision before you go to bed .

Between 100,000 and 300,000 barrels a day of Iraq’s declared oil production over the past four years is unaccounted for and could have been siphoned off through corruption or smuggling, according to a draft American government report.

1. Since the Clintons despise the military as evidenced by massive base closures during his term. 2. Since Borock Obama continues to say we must take reponsibility, but never says what we must take responsibility for. 3. Harry Reid says the war is lost in public more than once and never apoligized and then some Stalinists think that this means that the Marines Won because Harry said the WAR is lost. I know my Marines can win this WAR because I am a Marine and have punched my ticket twice with 2 successful tours as a Marine Drill Instructor with Alpha Company 1st RTBn and Fox Company 2nd RTBn. I was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal by General Mundy CMC and another Commendation from General Barrow and Sgt Major LeLand Crawford. We will win this WAR inspite of you STALINIST Democrats. Instead of slandering me about my 22 years of Honorable Service - just pack your bags and move to Mexico and sell condoms on the Calle Avenida Boracho.

America today is not the America I grew up in. We'd all better get involved right now, or we might well live to see not only the end of the middle class but the end of America. Today, all the values our fore-fathers taught us to look up to and model ourselves after are now considered old and out of touch with the times. Today, lies, dishonesty, complete lack of integrity are qualities that are admired. Admired when instead, they should be looked at with disgust. Time is running short, very short. It might take three presidential elections to put a party in the White House that represents us instead of Corporate America and big money interests. But if we do not vote and vote heavily for a third party in this upcomming election, it's pretty much all over.

With the Republican's loss of control of the House and the Senate, and President Bush's approval rating down to a 28%, the lowest rating of any president since Jimmy Carter, do you think we will have a Democratic President in 2008?

Bill Clinton's approval rating never sunk below 40%, even when he was getting impeached!

Example from that TV Show "Smallville". Clark Kent in one of the episodes runs for some kind of high school student body or whatever and not only did he not win, but he one of his girlfriends Lana or Cloie (or however you spell her name) voted AGAINST him. She said she didn't think he was quailifed for the position. I can see her not voting for him and thus not voting at all, but to deliberaly vote anyway and have it be the other guy, I though that segment was unfriendly. How would you feel if your friend did that to you?

Obama seems to be the "hope of the next generation" He is a charismatic figure and people just seem to gravitate to him. Yes he does lack "experience" what ever that means. (from the looks of it, all the experience in the world didn't seem to do GW Bush any good) But many ppl think he is the breath of fresh air that politics in america needs right now. Problem: He is black!!!!!! No, this is not the "race card" by the way, i never got mine in the mail. but if Obama were white, he would be a shoo-in. Dont you think? I just think that there are just some white americans who will vote for a dog before they vote for a N-word, as it is so lovingly tossed around. What do you think?

In this proposal authored by Representative Brian Baird, which he will introduce soon, it proposes to no longer have employers pay healthcare costs, but for employers to pay into it and the individual will supply their own healthcare at a lower cost, then what is out there now for the individual. What do you think will happen with pre-existing conditions? Now when you join a company, pre-existing is accepted.
