Between 100,000 and 300,000 barrels a day of Iraq’s declared oil production over the past four years is unaccounted for and could have been siphoned off through corruption or smuggling, according to a draft American government report.

That's a lot nicer that what I call them.

Maybe a few of the dogmatic followers of Bush and Cheney will begin to see the light and understand why we are REALLY in Iraq.. Won't it be fun if the dems trace the missing oil.

Sorry, GOP literally stands for Grand Old Party. Greedy Old Pirates would be a great name for a Rockabilly band however. You might have to contend with Disney since they seem to have a lock on the whole Pirate Thing lately. If you're looking for oil however, there are lots of possible culprits. If the Grand Old Party were such masterful Criminals, they would certainly have hired someone far more competent than Alberto Gonzalez! You simply have to remember that the GOP does not have a monopoly on Corruption. That would be an anti-trust violation and America will have none of that!

Long before the United States invaded Iraq, Khofi Anan and Sadam Hussein set up a nice little oil black market.. That black market still exists. It is not being stolen by US Interestes.. it is most likely being stolen by greedy assholes Like Khofi Anan and his son.. who may or may not be dealing with Al Queda.

i'm at a loss for words. isn't the severe fee of gas (which in certainty is extremely decrease priced while in comparison with something of the industrialized international) a disincentive to waste oil? won't this help us avert international warming? Why are not the libs satisfied with regard to the severe cost of oil? they might desire to be extremely joyful!

Could be. But the Dems are just as filthy.

Trust me, I'm a rabbit and I've lived in the nation's cap for 30 years, just trying to keep the system HONEST.

So if it's missing, that means that Republicans have it?
Nice broad generalization. Of course the insurgents couldn't have possibly taken it, or anything.
