I have been for Ron Paul ever since I learned in late January that he was considering a run for President. He is now a declared candidate and by far the best candidate to be our next President.

I've already pledged money to Dr. Paul and he'll definitely have my vote. Romney seems to insincere to me. McCain meanwhile is cracking jokes about bombing nations = not very funny nor nobel. McCain acts like popeye trying to crack jokes all the time.

If the GOP primary-winner supports the war in Iraq and wants to invade Iran then we can expect a Democratic president. I don't think Hillary or Obama will get it. As long as he keeps his nose clean then I would tend to say Edwards will get it.

As for Gravel... I'm sure I disagree with a lot of his stances but man is he entertaining to watch during the debates. Totally mixes it up and calls it like it is.

Mike Gravel is my first choice, but Ron Paul would be my second. Gravel isnt a typical Democrat, even though hes running as one.

And, truth be told, if the two of them teamed up, theyd be a pretty formidable opponent for most others in the race.

Honestly I do not see much prospect from any of the candidates. While I am a Democrat the strongest person I see as being McCain, but unfortunately he supports Bush on too many issues. I am sorry to say but Obama will not win, partially because of his name (it is foreign) and because he is young and does not have much experience. Hilary, no one liked as First Lady and they are no going to like her now, and the US is not ready for a female president (although they should, cause females would be less likely to enter into wars). I am sorry to say but the 2008 Elections do not look promising:(

Ron Paul is just as smart as he is ethical. He is a medical doctor and no one in Presidential history was a medical doctor. The point is that he'll find a way to to raise funds.

I have read up on all of the candidates on both sides and my choice is Obama.

Ron Paul is not that bad, but he has a few ideas I do not agree with, whereas I like all of Obama's.
