It doesn't seem fair. They don't have to go to the DMV either. The DMV comes to them. Does it pay to be famous?

It seems to me that the Democrats when pinned down on any issue will resort to "I hate Bush" or "Bush is an Idiot". I hate to be the one to point this out to them, but the reason Red states vote the way they do is because they tend to have common sense and traditional values. Blue States tend to be in favor of Gay mariage, abortion on demand, Higher taxes, More Government, etc, etc. You know the scariest words I can think of? Ladies and Gentleman please rise for the speaker of the house of representatives, Nancy Pelosi.

Here is the story:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061001/ap_on_re_mi_ea/israel_palestinians_13

Palestinian government workers are demanding to be paid, but there's no money. So they are protesting and all Hamas can do is stall, and now they've killed seven with guns and a hand grenade. I think they are huge hypocrites after crying for years that Israel oppresses them, now they are doing the same thing to their "fellow" palestinians.
I think they are done; Al Aqsa Brigade has ordered Hamas leaders killed. Will Hamas still be leading the country next fall?

"In a scandal that will likely take down the entire House Republican leadership, everyone is wondering why Rep. Mark Foley, Chairman of the Missing and Exploited Children's Caucus was allowed to carry on his predatory behavior with a teenage boy a year after his relationship was revealed to party leaders.

Is there anything these Republicans won't cover up? Duke Cunningham took millions of dollars in bribes. The people who were buying him off bought him a yacht called the Duke-Stir. He had a bribe menu on Congressional letter head. How many ethics investigations? Zero. Zilch. Nada.
Bob Ney took gifts and favors from Jack Abramoff. He has confessed and is about to go to prison. How many ethics investigations? Zero. None. Not one.

Then there is Hastert's shady land deal. Bill Frist's insider trading. Tom DeLay's money laundering. The list goes on. Every one of them had their *** covered by the rest of their Republican colleagues, crooks, whatever. http://www.alternet.org
