You now that it will not be either of them to answer, do you think that person really makes a note of what you say. or just listens and when you hang up what you said is just lost. It is my experience that they could care less. I am hoping I am wrong.

I am in the process of claiming back my bank charges and have reached the point where I have to follow through with the threat of taking them to court. The only thing is I am not clear on what paperwork I need to provide. I have a list of dates and amounts, is that enough or do I need to provide statements?

I have to file the claim in person at the county court as I am claiming legal aid.

Has anyone else done this sucessfully?

Uk answers please as I would imagine the rules are different in other countries.

I heard she only attended one funeral for 911 victims, people booed her, and she stopped attending them, whereas Mayor Giulliani attended hundreds. Why did the people of new York elect her anyway, isn't she from Arkansas? Also, does anyone have a link to the transcript where she answered 'I DON'T RECALL' over 50 times to a senator during those hearings?

Does Hillary's past as a Wal Mart board member make her a shallow person to now say she supports unions, or are unions so corrupt they will deal with any devil who will support their self-preservationist agenda?

Four members of Congress are completing the weeklong "Food Stamp Challenge" Monday by eating on the average federal assistance provided to food stamp recipients: $21 per week, which works out to -- $3 a day or $1 a meal.

Reps. Jim McGovern (D-Mass.), Jo Ann Emerson (D-Mo.), Tim Ryan (D-Ohio), and Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) - all members of the House Hunger Caucus - .seemed genuinely humbled and moved by experiencing the plight faced by too many Americans, even if only for a week. About 26 million Americans get food stamps, mostly women and children.

It does not matter what your faith is or what companies you have in your pockets...what matter is that we have "leaders" who know the difference bettween right and wrong, good and bad, common sence vs self-serving interests. We do not have any viable "people" who can listen to the common "legal" citizens who want a cleaner enviornment, tougher/sensible and enforced crimminal laws. We need the violent and sexual predetors punished severly for their crimes against society and not allow special interests to dictate policy. Our judicial system actually holds us, the law abiding citizens hostage.

We also need a representitive body to actually represent the will of the "people", not treat us like we are blessed to have them in office...remember...we are the "owners" of our country and the politicians are supposed to work for us..."Of the People, By the People and For the People".

This is one "Jew's Pint of View" ... what's yours?

Clinton has held many public offices and did her fair share of public service. She is a lawyer, was an active first lady, and a senator. But how can we set her apart from all the rest? Or can we set her apart from all the rest? Why should we vote for her? Why should she deserve to be president of the world's only superpower?

In cause of human history, older generation don't eagerly handover the baton of leadership to the generation that follows them after-they always engaged in a broad-brush battle to stymied the desires of the generation next. This year presidential election is no different--they and their minions are canvassing for a sit-tight tactic by engaging in a crusade of wearing the mask of fear.
It is time for us to do what are forebearers did at their time--that is, from passive compliance to active participant in the great enterprise called America. Let us join Senator Obama in bending the arc of justice to its rightful place. Let us be the generation that bridges the gap of empathy and brotherly love. Let us be the generation that understands that common sense and common honesty have fair play, and they do set things to rights.

The evangelical movement and other moral majority swarms have become a blind, stupid herd of cattle with huge voting power. The rabid consumer is the standard to which the auto and other industries cater. I think people from other countries think that we are ignorant, self-harming, and impulsive children in America. I know differently because I know many intelligent thoughtful people who aren't snowed by the media or worse the politicians. Here's the problem... The stupid are easily led and vote the way they are told to vote leaving one or two men with way more than their fair share of votes to cast in this democracy. Intelligent people tend to disagree because debate is the food of the brain. Can't we get together and decide that their are some really scary things happening in this country and we need to find some common ground to get our voices heard. Decisions shouldn't be made by people who continue to think SUV's are a good idea and tomorrow never happens.

We are fightibg others fights, we are helping other lands find housing and food (we have people that are diong with out), we are sending our work (jobs) to other lands and making less jobs for "We the American People" . Cost of living is far out of reach and the pay stays the same. Give disability to those with a disability, not to the whole family
there is a lot of milking the system "CHILD HAS ASTHMA, PAIRENT GETS SSI" even though he/she is able to work ??where is the money going ??

Impeach Mr. Bush & Mr. Chaney for Global Abuse, Crimes against the U.S. Constitution & International Law.

Bush & Chaney have created more damage than all of the presidents in American history. Mislead the U.S. into The Iraq war using 911, false statements “weapons of mass destruction”, “Terrorism”. Brought us to near fascism with the Patriot Act & Homeland Security. Destroying our relationship with the rest of the world.

Mr. Bush is in the oil business? Mr. Chaney is in the oil business & weapons manufacturing industry (Halliburton). There is nothing like a war to implement a political agenda to relax environmental law for corporate industry. America is leading the world in pollution, auto & industrial and using up most of the world resources. The National debt on & on. Impeach these two NOW stand up Vote wisely.

It is time to pay attention to people in the House & Senate who are standing up to Mr. Bush & Mr. Chaney & start bringing in third party representation.
