First tell me who all represent judiciary? Definitely you say it consists of Judges & lawyers, who are its officers, now tell me what is the qualification of a judge or a lawyer? You’ll say such a person should be at least a law graduate. Now tell me about who represent the legislature & what the minimum qualification of these people is? You'll say it has all sort of people from the society including goons & criminals, without any minimum educational qualifications. Now have I to tell you more who is responsible for the current stand-off between the judiciary & legislature. You are an educated person now if you have any conflict with your illiterate helper/servant what you'll do? Whom will you say is responsible for the conflict when you ask something from this guy who is unable to understand what you are asking him to do he starts arguing with you rather asking the clarification from you for your demand? The same thing is happening in this case too, the judiciary applies its mind & decide what is reasonable, constitutional & legal for the general welfare of the society in large whereas the legislatives think only about their vote banks & nothing more. Hope you understand whom you have to blame & whom not.
