Reconstruction of Indian villages through gramodharanam. I have seen India length and breadth by undertaking a Bharath Yathra during 1999-2000 mostly by walk and without money. Commencing the journey at Kanyakumari on October 2, 1999 I travelled criss-cross the country up to the Himalayan Shrine Kedarnath and thereafter formally wound up the journey at Delhi on August 31, 2000. This Bharath Yathra has been a unique experience, to be personally experienced by each one to believe it.

After seeing India as above and living on the present age of Information Technology (IT) I strongly believe that the first and foremost thing to be done in India is to check further urbanization and consumerism and on the other hand reconstruct Indian villages (gramodharanam) as Mahatma Gandhi wanted for independent India's villages. That is: “An ideal Indian village will be constructed as to lead itself to perfect sanitation. It will have cottages with sufficient light and ventilation built of material obtainable within a radius of five miles of it. The quarters will have courtyards enabling householders to plant vegetables for domestic use and to house their cattle. The village lanes and streets will be free of all available dust. It will have wells according to its needs and accessible to all. It will have houses of worship for all, also a common meeting place, a village common land for grazing its cattle, a co-operative diary, primary and secondary schools in which industrial education will be the central part, and it will have panchayaths for settling disputes. It will produce its own grains, vegetables and fruits and its own khadi.”

This sixty year old man was born on January 3, 1947 and had no opportunity to meet Mahatma Gandhi. But had opportunities to meet many of his contemporaries and also visit Porbundur, Sabarmati and Sewagram.

I strongly feel that the above type of reconstruction of Indian villages is possible and feasible in this age of Information Technology. All that required is another IT (internal transformation).

I'd say have Kevin tell me that I'm the girl of his dreams. 2.Wud you rather be friends with JB's Body guard or be friend's with one of the guys that plays in the band? Be friends with one of the guys that play in the band...preferably Garbo (: I love him, he's funny & cute. 3.Would you rather go on a bike ride with Frankie or Have a starbucks with Nick for 5 min. Oh my god, hard one! At first I thought, well, Nick. But I love Frankie (: such a cutie. So I'd have to say bike ride with Frank the Tank. 5 minutes go by very quickly! And Frankie seems like a cool kid so I'd enjoy being with him. And if I'm with Frankie maybe I could meet up with Nick then have starbucks together or he can join me and Frankie in our bike rid ;) (!) wow I'm smart! 4. I think have one of them fart really soft but have it smell really bad, and they say "What?,It's just a fart." Hahah (: I love that. I wouldn't care, it's true love when you can fart in front of each other! Ahahah Wow I'm funny. Just kidding. I can picture Joe doing that. Make more these are fun :D
