walking or driving under or near them. If I wait for them to come back on and go under or by them it happens again. Usually if I go back to the same light the next night it won't happen again, only the lights that are affected on that particular night. I met five other guys at the proving grounds that could do it to.

Did the Army inject or plant a radioactive isotope in me and the other's so we could be tracked from sattelites???? I wore an Africa Corp Nazi Field Cap to the MEPPS station on the day I was sworn in and they were really pissd off. The other guys were really high IQ rebels too. Once again does anybody have any info on a program to track folks in the military this way????

the court sets your bail at 10000. I don't think the bondsman pays the whole 10000 to bail you out. You just pay 1000 to the bondsman to get you out, so what really goes down there? this does not makes any sense. please any professional who can explain.

Why do people believe that violent crime is worse than ever when in fact the rate is near a 30-year low?

Why do they worry about terrorism when they are more likely to die from lightening strikes?

Why do the mass-media spoon-feed horrific tales of violence to their audiences?

Why do we seldom hear about traffic fatalities though they claim about fifty THOUSAND Americans' lives annually?

Why do people complain when they have to obey a speeding law but never flinch when their basic civil rights are infringed?

Why am I ranting?

What's the use?

When will your country wake up and realise that the bill of rights is irrelevant in this day and age. In particular the right to bear arms. How many massacres by lowlife sc um need to occur before you people realise guns are evil? . You need to do a 180 degree turn and stop glorifying guns in every TV show , movie and computer game you produce. These people are products of a sick culture and you can only blame yourselves when these things happen. You blaze across the world like freedom fighters and yet all you do is stuff your faces on burger and chips and kids are shooting each other at schools . 90% of americans have never had a passport and yet you all seem to know how the world should be run. Get a grip USA and sort your own problems out before you tell others how to run the world .. Intelligent answers only please .. LOL this should be fun

targets in Iraq. They are joined by British Forces. Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors, I have no doubt today, that left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will use these terrible weapons again."
What was the occasion?

William Jefferson Clinton

The occasion was the night before the House of Representatives was to vote on his impeachment.

Isn't this very reminiscent of his attacking an aspirin factory in Sudan to get the press off of the news story that he had forcibly raped Juanita Broaddrick, a fellow Democrat candidate?

Can you drop off paid mail without standing in line at the post office?
Anyone who work at the post office answer this please. Because I recently went to a post office in NYC, 3 out 4 employees told me to wait in line. I had a 6 pound prepaid package. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch hour for them to just "take" my package. I have used 15 diff post office sin the past and never had to wait in line for prepaid media mail package. I can not find their policy at usps.gov about this. Asked them for supervisor, they said there are no supervisor. This post office is in Macy's, and Macy's has a great reputation for custoemr service. What a shame

But is there any action the employee can take so they can get the paycheck before they leave?

Ok, i'm almost 17, and I want to join the marines. I had a problem w/childhood asthma and can get a waiver for that, but i found out that I will have to get off my allergy shots for a year. But I cannot live at my grandma's house w/out the shots because of her cats, which are the only thing I am allergic to. The marines or the military are the only chance I will have to do something with my life, because I am not very fond of school. What do you think I should do, and do you think I wil be able to join?
