With things like the, "Patriot Act," the, "Military Commissions Act of 2006," the, "John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2007," and the, "H.R. 1955 and S. 1959: Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007." The laws are set up to totally control the masses WITHOUT any court supervision, which means that there is no longer the "Checks and Balances" which the forefathers set the US government up with.

So, knowing these "Acts" is it too late to save the USA from the fascist state which we have become?

Just because they have not used these powers yet, doesn't mean that they wont. Now that they have taken away the First amendment the next one they will be after is the 2nd.

I have been active duty army for 4 years now. Long story short I hurt my shoulders downrange and had surgery on both. Now I am beginning the process of a med board, but I went back to the orthopedic and he recommends I get more surgery. So right now I am trying to decide between these two options: Get out soon with the med board and get my severence pay and have the VA take care of my surgeries, OR stay in another year and have the army do both shouders again, and get paid all year, plus my severence pay when I get out?

I am torn between the two because I am tired of being in the military and I want out as soon as I can, but I am also looking at it that if I stay in another year to get both surgeries done again, I would make a lot more money than if I get out right now. Plus i'm worried if I get out that the VA wouldnt pay for the surgery. (You know how we get told lies sometimes.) Also please keep in mind that I am married with family so please tell me which one sounds better

Especially one with tracking devises implanted in them???

I find it hard to believe that Americans would EVER let ANY government get away with this... but I would like to hear what type of appeasement arguments I'm going to have to act on next year.

Your thoughts... and beliefs on this?!?!

I am sorry but there is no way I would ask for my husband to be declared legally dead after being missing two months. I would not except that as an option until his remains were brought home.
