What would happen if the courts could not declare acts of govt unconstitutional?

There would be no constitution. You could pass a law outlawing being redheaded. While this is technically unconstitutional, since courts could not declare it unconstitutional it wouldn't matter.

Well in simple terms, the complete dissolution of our, the American, way of life. Our freedoms and civil liberties could be thrown to the waste side with no recourse of getting them back.
