My niece signed away custody of her child on a piece of paper. No one else was present, just her and the dad. Is this legally binding?

US is encouraging tribal and other Sunnis to form regional associations to counter al-Qaeda and build support for the Maliki government. Tribesmen and former insurgents who join are paid 600 dollars a month to fight al-Qaeda, and US forces have recruited thousands of men, who are given uniforms and paid 300 dollars a month to act as guards in the neighborhood.

Since my marriage (2 yrs.ago) the non-custodial parent has participated in our childs' life (6 times in 2 year), yet before he was very cosistent. For the past year he's been very insistant in giving up his parental rights. He will leave the country on 11/28/07 for immigration stuff and upon his return (legally) he does not want to have a huge debt (child support), which he has expressed many times is his reason for giving rights up, but yet, he would like to see the child in the future- if I choose to let him, so he says? He has been financial supportive, but inactive in her life. He won't get a lawyer. He is harassing me to do the paper work before he leaves. I feel it is his responsibility because he is wanting this (yet, so do I) I am tired of going back and forth. My husband without a doubt wants (so do I) to adopt my oldest child (we have a child of our own). Who should do what? Is there time for court? What do you tell a chlld - oh your dad didn't want the debt or not tell

When I have cops behind me I obviously always try and go exactly the speed limit and often say on a one lane road the cop will tail me very closely. I understand this because going exactly the speed limit often seems slow on a lot of roads. Do you think when cops do that they are trying to pressure you to go faster and then pull you over or do you think they are sending the message that you can go a little faster and they won't pull you over?

I always feel bad when cops are following because I don't know what to do. I know I will be fine if I stay the speed limit but I feel like that frustrates the cop behind me sometimes as funny as that sounds lol.

Also do you think cops get annoyed how slow people go around them? Honestly a cop on the freeway slows down traffic so much, it's kind of funny but I think it would get kind of annoying as a cop. It's definitely noticeable to!

Big Brother, TV Soaps, Football, lack of content in news, American style patriotism. Is this a way of making the Government and big corporations control us all?

Are the victims low income earners and everyday average Joes who have rarely/ if ever left the country? Wear anything slightly different to mainstream, read books, discuss topics other than above and you are ridiculed. Yet inform them that a lot of the things they buy are from an individual who pays no tax and resides in Monaco- that is fine.

Inform them with evidence that part of the reason they are paying so heavily for their mortgages is due to land distribution in this country, would they be pro monarchy? (Controversial I know).

Maybe this is beneficial. After all, if we maintain a massive underclass of ignoramuses this will enable manipulation to continue. Employers will have a substantial workforce who are readily exploited , will never complain nor pose a serious threat to the status quo. It would be heaven if ever I set up in business!

Publicly? Easy to understand by code or drug/dose so you could cost compare, so they can't charge more for some groups than they do for others (as they do now)?
Some providers overcharge uninsureds because they swing deals with insurance companies, for example.
Some providers also try to squeeze in as many treatment codes as possible, to the point of ridiculousness, and would you like to compare what they are actually charging for, too?

I designed a logo for a company I'm trying to start. I'm looking for the cheapest, quickest way to copyright protect my logo. If I print the logo then have a notary public sign, date, and notarize it(copyright registration with the govt. is a pain), is that enough to hold up in court if necessary? If someone else registers my logo with the govt., will my notarized document be enough to get them "unregistered"?

I know I will get a lot of negative feedback from the die hard military kooks but I have several other career oportunities that will pay me far more than I am currently recieving. When I enlisted I was aware of the pay and thought I could manage but its absolutely ridiculous what Im making. I can't afford anything and I feel like Im a 12 year old getting my allowance for cleaning my room and mowing the lawn.

I am not afraid of going to war or anything like that, I have a college degree, Im 25 years old, and Im not able to live this lifestyle of a poverty stricken 18 year old any more. If anyone has any ideas for me or can give me any stories it would be greatly appreciated.
