Ok, so I was on google and read a news report about how animated child porn is actually LEGAL! I can see why but how can this be true, please someone tell me if they were right, please tell me they're not!

I just Googled more news about it this led me to belive it is now legal!

Actually, it is NOT legal in the USA. It IS legal in other countries, BUT through Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, child-porn rings (cartoon or otherwise) can be prosecuted by US authorities.

Because they are not children they do not have a birth certificate or SSN. But is it wrong yes it is completely wrong because when the cartoons do not satisfy the child molesters were are they going next?

thats ridiculous. i haven't heard anything but i can't imagine animated or real child porn of any type being legal in the US.
