I love the GOP bringing minor issues to light and debate rather than talking about things like war, the weak dollar, and the disappearing middle class.

Come on, if the Constitution was interpreted the way it was written, instead of by a bunch of Liberals, a "flag amendment" would never be considered.
Laws are not for well-behaved people; they are for the Liberals and other riff-raff.

You're right, politicians should stick to wasting time on resolutions that mean nothing or suddenly and curiously making statements about genocides that happened 100 years ago that end up hurting our troops -- as if it matters what the opinion of American politicians is on that issue. Leave that to the UN.
