Because waterboarding is torture - it is not interrogation no matter what the CIA will have you believe. Those in charge of regimes that torture must be put on trial for crimes against humanity.

However this won't ever happen because Bush is guilty of so many counts of moral relativism that this particular one will go practically unnoticed. Do as the US says, not as it does.
