Now, I like Hugo a lot. But I was the first to suggest taking over private schools, oil companies, and banks, and to shut down all opposing media voices. How can I stop this guy from taking my ideas and claiming them for his own?

And he started off with how the WORLD, not the United States alone, has basically destroyed the core family system. Afterwards, the first thing I hear on the news is how he attacked us right off the bat over families and how we treat women. I could not believe it, he never did that, and even though I compare him to Hitler, wonder how much our govenrment adds to it to keep us hating Iran?

Secondly, he was right about one thing, WE DO treat women and families lower now than ever before. He was right about that and saying that no matter which god you worship, you need to honor the family and women too.

Thoughts?

Everyone is talking about how big of a deal it is to push democracy in Iraq, but I don't get it. There are tons of countries around the world that do not have a democracy, yet achieve a great level of peace, stability, and freedom (both economic and personal). The UK is a constitutional monarchy, as is Japan and many other nations. This is just an example.

So why is the US pushing Iraq into doing something most other nations don't even do? The form of government shouldn't really matter if a high-level of freedom and peace.

increasing taxes, evaporating civil rights, direct federal control over some businesses (namely microsoft), making air travel a joke because they cant profile, which is necessary against RELIGIOUS zealots. the borders arent secure and they will never be, seeing that all the illegals will get amnesty eventually, further screwing the citizens out of their jobs. not to mention the huge bills mexicans leave at our hospitals, making us pay, the loss of re venue from taxes when they work under the table, making the yoke of taxes unbearable some day very soon.... when will the people wake up ahnd realize its time to do something, theyve been being sold out for decades?

This is a simple question targeted toward those who understand my point and question. I am not looking for someone's two cents about whether people should or shouldn't be killed, how, or for what reason. Regardless of your stance, I am trying to get a broader perspective on how and why the Supreme Court should or should not analyze the so-called "standards" of lethal injections (on a site with a much broader audience than say, Above the Law). Personally, I see it as a legislative question as opposed to a judicial one, but I'm curious as to what other lawyers or law students or legal scholars who happen to visit this site think and are willing to share.

if it comes down to giuliani vs hillary, who is the anti war crowd suppose to support? everyone knows rudy's stance. hillary said this sunday morning on all the news shows she wouldn't remove troops from iraq.

do we not have a say in what goes on anymore or what? this is why they have tried to shut down ron paul from the beginning. he is the only one that can beat hillary. how can republicans expect to win with 70% of americans wanting out of iraq and they still continue to bang the war drums.

ron paul is the only republican out of 10 candidates that is against the war. that is why he will win the nomination. the other 9 candidates have to split their support amongst each other. ron paul gets ALL the anti war crowd. what democrats have said they would get out besides kucinich, who has no chance. none of the dems have a chance. the dem nominee is hillary. period. the only way the republicans can beat hillary is to nominate the anti war nominee ron paul.

they arent scientific at all, in fact, a liar that isnt all that skilled can beat them, and as far as i know, a spy must be a very skilled liar. i know local law enforcement requires this scam for employment, but i find it hard to believe that the feds would use it to catch spies, but then...the feds did start a war in the name of national security, meanwhile both borders are scarily un secured........
