I got a ticket thru mail yesterday for red light violation. It came with 4 photos of my car. It was taken by an automated photo red light camera. 1st photo reflects that I stopped behind the limit line and 2nd photo reflects that I made a right turn with no pedestrians, bicyclists and other vehicles. The photos show the whole intersection. It does not have a "No Turn On Red" sign nor a red arrow light. Why did I still receive this ticket? Could it be a mistake? What should I do? Please provide the steps.

YORKTOWN, Ind. (AP)

A man accused of snatching another man's false teeth straight from his mouth during a fight has been charged with robbery.
Robert Henry Stahl, 62, was charged Thursday in Delaware Circuit Court with felony robbery and battery causing bodily injury, a misdemeanor. If convicted of robbery, he could face two to eight years in prison. Police and prosecutors said they did not know if Stahl had retained an attorney.
Billie Townsend, 56, told police he went to a bar on July 27 to pay Stahl money he owed him, then Stahl asked him to go outside and started punching him repeatedly.
During the fight, Stahl allegedly put Townsend in a headlock and removed his false teeth.

Jeffrey Toobin has released a new book called "The Nine" in which he reveals that Justice David Souter "wept" over the Gore v. Bush decision in 2000. He also alleges (his opinion based on interviews with those close to the Justices) that at least one other Justice "regretted" the decision. Since this was a 5-4 decision, one vote would have changed the course of US history. Does anyone have any real thoughts (other than the one liners which we all have thrown back and forth many times) as to where the country would be today had that one justice voted the other way?

Most Reps and Cons believe that anyone who opposes the war, the president and corruption is assumed by the right to hate America and support terrorism, right? This isn't a secret.

My question is, once the new president takes over, is it safe to assume you will support the new president and back every issue and bill he/she presents, regardless of political affiliation? Because by using your logic, if you don't support the next president it means you are an unpatriotic traitor and a terrorist, right? I would expect that you would all hold your selves to the same standard as you expect from others, right?

Please answer the question yes or no with an explanation. I would accept most of the Reps/Cons to agree with me, because if they didn't it would be blatantly hypocritical.

Someone had told me that if you take the staple out of a rewritten will, one of the parties can contest the will on grounds that it was tampered with. You see I told my sister that my husband owed back taxes, yes I thought they were more than they were and I told my sister just because I trusted her. What did she do but run to my Mother and tell her. They without asking me took me off the will. They told me after the fact. Saying that they were only looking out for my best interest. I say if that were the case they would have told me prior to doing it. I would have been hurt but I would have understood. The way they did it was cold and calculating.
Perhaps I am reading way to much into this but it did hurt what they did.
Peace to all and thank for taking the time to read this.

I've had about seven books on reserve at the library for some time. Got a call that I had books waiting for pick up. I ran to the library at lunch and two of the seven were in. A book I reserved for myself, 'THE CLINTON CRACK UP' and a book for my daughter, 'OH NO! WHERE ARE MY PANTS?'!

Even the librarian cracked up at those two titles together!

The government has started identifying Iran as a threat and claiming they're harboring terrorists and giving bombs to others. Why should we believe them, when they lied about Iraq having WMDs?

No one mentions that Mychal Bell's clueless public defender was black. No one mentions that there were no black jurors because of the 50 people who responded to the more than 100 summons, none were black. No one mentions that Bell was already on probation for battery relating to a Christmas day incident in 2005. No one mentions that Bell was adjudicated (convicted) of two other violent crimes in 2006 and one charge of criminal damage to property. No one mentions that Bell's father acknowledged he moved back to Louisiana in February (after seven years in Dallas) to supervise his son because of the "Jena Six" mess. No one mentions that Bell starred on the Jena High football team while constantly jeopardizing/violating his seemingly flimsy probation.

I don't understand. If convicted, they only get around 5-10 years in prison for such a horrible and disgusting crime. I'm very appalled that the government would give such a short punishment for a crime of this nature when they give unbelievable sentences for just about everything else. Why is that?
