We the BETTER people? LOL Okay Sparky, you keep believing that.
No, no one buys that crap but the people who keep spouting it. You are doing nothing but preaching to your own choir. Sen. Clinton is a good old fashioned capitalist. Most people in this country are intelligent enough to realize that our government has incorporated many "socialistic-like" programs to our benefit without having the need to erect a statue of Karl Marx in Washington - Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security - the list goes on and on. With or without Hillary Clinton, the chances are great that we will have UHC within the next four years. The majority of people in this country think we need it. Proof?

What's YOUR problem? Why is it necessary for far right conservatives to use over the top phrases to try and smear their opponents? This country had a belly full of Republican swift boating smear tactics during the 2004 election, they are sick of it, and dismiss the cry of "socialism" from the far right as more of the same.

It is a shame that so many Americans use Socialist as a label to dismiss what they don't like. You seem to think that if something is identified as socialist then it needs no further consideration and its ideas have no merit. Sad, Very sad.
Closed minded ignorance allowed the USA to suffer McCarthyism, Any how, McCarthy had more in common with fascism than Hillary does with anything accurately called socialist

she is very far from a socialist....if you think she is one, you don't know what one is. You, "the better people", should do some homework. On the topic of socialism, most or all the countries of Europe practice Democratic Socialism, and they live very very well...better than we do in many cases...., are very prosperous, and very happy.....when I have been in Europe, I have been appalled by the comparison and how often we come out on the short end of the good life....all the while knowing we COULD do better. Transportation, crime, schools, health care, livable cities, cultural life, economic life of the average Joe....even when I go looking for it on purpose, I don't find poverty or at least NOwhere near what we have, esp. in rural places, and that's no accident. Take a trip sometime.

Personally attacking Clinton by calling her a Socialist is a method used by the right called framing the debate. Rather than talk REAL issues they prefer to use name calling or personal attacks. They know if they are forced to talk REAL issues thay lose. She is no more a Socialist than Bloomberg.
I have to laugh at the fools who have no idea what is in her health care plan although she outlined it the other day, who won't listen because of closed minds and they are so sure of her being a Socialist. They really look silly to those who actually do pay attention to what her plan is about.
The better people? Are you on some sort of high horse that you look down on those whom you disagree with as if some feudal lord as he passes his peasants? What a snob.

There is no one in the Democratic or Republican parties that are socialist... good god, look up the definition of socialism in a government text. This is basic... if you don't know what the term means then stop using it.
You can dislike her policies and initiatives (I don't care much for them myself) but attack them for what they are. Stop using labels like socialism... This is getting ridiculous and you people that use this term sound like puppets of some GOP machine spouting talking points.

People say she's no different then the republicans and she's in the pocket of big business. Then they say she's a socialist Which is it? Make up your mind before you start throwing out words of which you plainly do not understand the meaning.

Hillary isn't a socialist, she is a politician who has taken more money from private industry then probabley the whole democratic party putt together. With that kind of record she should be considered a republican.

She is more Communist than Socialist , however, they are very similar....Communism is an ideology that seeks to establish a classless, stateless social organization based on common ownership of the means of production.

There already is socialism in America! Can you not see it? Education is paid for by government! Health care is already paid for by government ($473 billion)! Welfare ($191 billion), Social Security ($492 billion)... Retirement benefits ($136 billion). Its already here, you just don't want to call it Socialism for some reason

Socialism can work in SMALL groups but falls apart quickly as the group gets larger. 300 million is way too large.
