Is it illegal to make out with someone in a car if your in a parking lot, or in some abandoned stretch of road?
If not, what about if things move on from just making out, and your clothes are off? What about having sex? Are any of these things illegal if they are not disturbing the people.
If it is illegal, what is the law that this would be breaking?
If it is illegal under some grounds, how can you circumvent it, and make sure that you are in the right?

I have been let down by Comet 3 times having ordered a cooker. Two delivery dates have gone by, I have paid but not received. They admitted their mistake and said that the delivery date had been put down as 29th August, not July. I have had to cancel appointments. I am diabetic and am desparate for something to cook on. Am I right to ask for compensation?

According to the last Democratic debate, Dennis Kucinich's idea of ending the Iraqi war is to just pull out our troops immediately.

Is this actually possible? What do you think could be the possible future repurcussions of such an action?

It seems that everyone pours this instant hero status upon the soldiers. As if they all are perfect superheroes who do no wrong.
Simply because you volunteer for something and throw on a uniform does not qualify you as a hero.
Yes, there are many heros in the military, but those ones have earned that status, and generally dont want to be called hero. They take it in stride. But why must we give this hero worship to all of the military?
There have been many famous people in the military. Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols, Jeffery Dahmer, i could name many more. Did they earn instant hero status too?
This is not a jab at the military, its just common sense. Just because you are a soldier doesnt make you a hero.
I know i will be hated for this one.

I just think it is very silly that some people do this and they dont look at every issue that affects them or could affect them. Yes, they could support and elect the person that represents their particular veiws on certain pieces of legislation that they are very passionate about, but what about other pieces that may be of more importance to the greater good of the country, including themselves, in the long run?

I have been fighting my case from over three years now and have been to the full commission but nothing is being done about the misconduct of this very large hospital group here in NC which is growing like cancer.
I have filed against two attorneys with the Bar Assoc, one for withholding documents and lying in court---I have documents & taped recordings of phone calls to prove my side--still nothing is being done. The hospital misplaced some very important documents which could have been enough to have me fired if I hadn't made copies for myself back when I was first hired.
With all the problems of misconduct in the upper NC offices such as Mike Nifong, Speaker of the House Black, how can anyone know that there is justice alive and well anywhere in this state?

My mother-in-law needs breast reduction surgery. The Dr. Wants his fee ($6000) paid before he does the procedure. He says that is because he has trouble collecting from medicare.

My mother-in-law says that she called medicare and got approval for the surgery.

My question is how do I make sure the Surgeon makes an effort to collect from Medicare. (it's my $6000)

My question is California-specific, as I am sure the laws can vary by state.
Also, if anyone has any specific information on assets pertaining to intellectual property (trademarks and copyrights), that would be very helpful.

If they can, does it have to be an officially declared war? Are the people currently serving in the military forced to keep serving against their will? Not just for a few months to complete a tour, but are they forced to continue serving for years?

A friend of mine who used to be in the reserves said that they can be forced. This is news to me and I'm wondering if it's true and if so if it is happening now.

...would that help you to feel even a little bit better?

I know it's a gross simplification, but it is symbolic of so much more that's been accomplished on behalf of the Iraqi people.

After our arrival there, they, excitedly, opened their first tattoo parlor. Under Saddam, they would have been sentenced to years in prison for even possessing tattoo equipment.

Also, young Iraqis immediately rallied to purchase traditionally 'western' musical instruments, air American music and actually form bands to perform it live - all of which would have placed them in jail previously.

Isn't that exciting for them? It makes me feel good.

Can't we focus upon and appreciate a glimpse of the positive side of our efforts just once and a while?

Everybody says that taxing and spending are a bad thing..
But what are the alternatives?

Spending and Spending?
Taxing and Taxing?
Not taxes - deterioration of the country, everything given to charities to run (a model not used anywhere on earth)?

Out of all the alternatives isn't taxing and Spending the best?

Wouldn't that make more sense then one on talk radio?..if you don't like what you hear on radio you can simply change the channel...but we pay tuition and have no choice when our kids are being indoctrinated.

Guess what, freshman conservative college student? In a couple of weeks you’re going to have your liberal campus and its professors shove more crap down your throat than Rosie does her gullet during Chili’s Monday Night Nacho Monster Blowout Special, that’s what.

Are you ready?
Now, I’m not trying to make you fearful, sweetie. I just want you to brace for the liberal Kool-Aid crunch that is coming soon to a classroom near you. The stuff mommy warned you about is true. The reality is you are entering the Liberal’s madrasah. Your values, for the next four years, will be violated much like Linsday Lohan’s nose, liver, Mercedes and panties have been for the last five years.
