Is it illegal to make out with someone in a car if your in a parking lot, or in some abandoned stretch of road?
If not, what about if things move on from just making out, and your clothes are off? What about having sex? Are any of these things illegal if they are not disturbing the people.
If it is illegal, what is the law that this would be breaking?
If it is illegal under some grounds, how can you circumvent it, and make sure that you are in the right?

I suppose if you are in the back of a van and there are no windows so you can't be seen from outside, you can't be violating public lewdness laws. But they could get you for "vagrancy" for "sleeping" in your car.

It would be classed in the U.K anyway as "lewd conduct" and is illegal. I imagine it's pretty much the same for you (an actress got caught giving a guy a ******** in a lay by and that was all over the press)
Kissing you would probably get away with, but be moved on. Clothes off - no good, sex - no good, just sitting around innocently holding hands can get you in to trouble if the wrong cop comes along.
Age is a significant factor too as you well know.
You can't circumvent it because it is the law - you can't just say "Officer! all my clothes fell off!" or plead insanity.
You just have to make sure you are not seen by anybody!

Well, start with:
Public nudity - unlawful
Lewd and lascivious behavior - unlawful
Public indecency - unlawful
If you are observed by a minor - accidently or not - you can be charged with:
Corruption of a minor child - unlawful
Contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
Sexual assault of a minor.
Now, all that being said.....why would an adult want to "make out" in a car - in a parking lot or stretch of road? If you really want sex in the backseat, park in your garage at home and go at it.
If you are not an adult, and you believe that a car is a great place to have sex, you are WAY to young to be doing it.

Unless you own the parking lot, you are trespassing and loitering. On the side of the road you are creating a public nuisance as you could distract drivers and sitting there may be vagrancy. Once you remove your clothes its indecent exposure.
