For instance, if the original document were unavailable for some reason, such as restoration, would the federal government have an alternate 'official' document. Copies are not necessarily official.

I hacked into my fiancee's account and found evidence that he was cheating on me (he was having some steamy conversations with two of my friends..). He decided he won't sue me for criminal offences but he has told me to delete the emails that I saved because what I did was equivalent to stealing.

However, I feel differently because they are evidence that he cheated on me and lied to me about various matters. Shouldn't I keep these emails so if anything happens, I can use them as evidence? Is it illegal to do so?

PLEASE HELP!! SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!!!

Christians:
1. Live to serve God and others.
2. Love their neighbors as themselves.
3. Minister to the less fortunate.

Republicans:
1. Insist on tax breaks so the rich can hoard their wealth and the poor can never escape the cycle of poverty.
2. Ignore the scientific community's warnings about Global Warming, therefore letting the earth's problems get worse and worse...it's the It-Won't-Happen-To-Me-I'm-Me attitude. They continue to buy SUV's, not caring if their excess exhaust pollutes the air and water.
3. Elect the idiotic George W. Bush for the SECOND time, after knowing full well what a moron he is, just because they were afraid that Kerry would force them to pay taxes the government could use for services to benefit everyone, including rich and poor people.
4. Believe in trickle-down economics, when it obviously doesn't work, since CEO's are raking in millions when the janitors can barely support a family.

Choose one...Christian or Republican...not both.

Mitt Romney, running as an social conservative, has stated that he'd like to stop pornography from coming up on kids' computers, and also reduce violence and sex on television. Presumably, since he's running for political office, he plans to accomplish this by increasing government regulation of internet and television content.

Do you agree with the social conservatives that the government should do this?

Bobby K. Lawyer¿s first inclination when accepting a new client is to begin the process of plea bargaining. He is not interested in "dragging out" a case in court that will go on for months and might get ugly. Plea bargaining, in his opinion, is a much simpler way to work the system and satisfy both parties. But Bobby is not looked on very highly by his peers. To many of his peers, plea bargains cheat the system, side-step justice, and do not take due process into consideration.

Clarify the ethical dilemma associated with plea bargaining.

Analyze the dilemma using a deontological framework and a teleological framework. In your opinion, by which framework might the dilemma be resolved best?

"insurgents" and "freedom fighters" instead of the murdering terrorists that they are? Why do they judge our troops but not the throat cutters? Why do they bash Bush for Iraqi civilian casualties, but not Clinton when he dropped bombs on the Serbian people? And why do they vilify Christians but give Islamists a free pass?
