So just because some people think same sex marrige is gross,immoral and unnatural means we can deny those people the right to be married? Just because it imposes on your personal values should mean you should be able to tell two people who are in love that they cannot get married? " I don't like it because it is gross and the bible says so...so now I will deny you the right to get married." It that right?

Doctors trying to blow up cars and driving jeeps into airports. These folks aren't poor, downtrodden muslims with no way out. Like Bin Laden (wealthy heir), Zawahiri (Doctor), Kalid Sheik Mohammed (Engineer), Mohammed Atta (engineer), Satam al-Suqami (law student), Waleed al-Shehri (Teacher), Mohammad Sidique Khan (studied at Leeds), Abdulaziz al-Omari (college degree), Marwan al-Shehhi (university with a military scholarship), Ziad Jarrah (studied aerospace engineering), I can go on and on, these are educated men some from middle class to wealthy families.

It is not their supossed poverty that drives them to do what they do. The sooner we dispense with this phony "poverty" excuse for Islamic terrorism, the sooner we can begin to eradicate it.

I think its almost funny that some people who oppose same sex marriage take a less harsh stance (probably for political reasons) and say they will support civil unions for same sex couples. They say that civil unions could have all the legalities of marriage, but it would not be called marriage.

At least, that's what I have observed.

Is there any difference between 'Civil Unions' and 'Marriage' for same sex couples?

Or is it just semantics?

I believe that same sex marriage is lawfull for any same sex couple in Canada and Great Britian, as well as other countries. In these countries same sex couples have all of the same rights and responsibilities in thier marriage as any other couple does. And their marriage is fully recognized just like any marriage is.

In the USA, same sex marriage is available only in some states and cities, and even then its validity is questioned.

When do you think that same-sex marriage will be the law of the land in the United States?

And will you/would you support it?

Think about how stupid that sounds. People who support laws against illegal immigration, listen up. Why is it bad for a person to drive from one part of the world to another and live there.
Imagine that Jesus is president. Bear with me here. Would Jesus care if some person wanted to move from one place to another because they thought it would be better to live there? Absolutely not.
Why should people even care that other people want to live where they do? Isn't that complimenting where you live. People should be happy more people want to live where they do unless they are jelous, and don't want to share the nice place that they live in. What is your opinion on what I'm saying. I know there are many men out there who do not take responsibilites seriously but it is also about time women took their responsibilites and realised they are only half of a loving parental unit.
I get fed up with hearing about CSA and how it fails women.
My husband pays £1000 per month for 1 child. He is left with enough money to pay the morgage no more. On top of this he is denied access to his daugther, by the mother not the legal system and has no spare money to fight this.
My husband was left with his daughter when his wife walked out. through the divorce he had to buy his ex wife out of the house. When she decided 4 years later to walk back in an take their daughter away my husband was powerless to do anything as he was merely the father.
my husband was also not entitled to benefits or to calim support from his ex while he had care of his daughter.
This is not a unusual story and feel it's about time fathers had their rights as parents equalised.

Hi we purchased several new but not new copies of windows 2000 from a military guy for about half of what they originally cost, his shop was just throwing em out but they had never been used. I recently had a credit card company sue me and I just received a notice of levy in the mail. I originally thought they were going to take my car because it has the financial institutions name on it that I am financing my car through but I just remembered I have a saving account there.
