Someone call whine one one for the whaaambulance. They spent so much time whining that they choked on their sob-marine sandwich and french cries. Everytime I come to this website, another one of them is up in arms and I'm so tired of these hypocrites.

I dont understand what the terrorists in iraq reasons for death and destruction is. When America took Sadam out of power the people of Iraq could have had alot. You know like food water electricity medicine etc. But now its just a big mess. Whats up with that. America was going to help the people and now all the insurgents from everywhere have just destroyed everything.

More Americans fall behind on debts
The rate of late payments, including on home equity loans, is the highest since 2001, a bankers' group says.

I understand that corporate profits are great and CEO's are doing great. But corporate earnings are starting to decelerate
and the dollar is tanking. Yet the economy is the best we have had in our history tanks to the Bushmans tax cuts. Maybe it was people taking money out of their houses afterall.

Recently my friend had to file rape charges on this guy for raping their young daughter. Friends of the rapist was harrassing my friend family with text messages and trying to get their son co-workers to give them his cell number.

1. What all happens when you file harrassment charges?
2. Is there anything else my friend can do to make these people leave them alone?

Should there be a constitutional amendment giving the president the power of line-item veto but, it must be approved by the House by a majority and if it is not approved the bill fails unless the president signs it into law.

Some people think that this would prevent "pork barrel spending".

Also 43 states allow their governor to have this power.

I have a lot of debt and I haven't gotten a job since I finished school- I haven't answered when they call becasue they want me to make promises I cant keep.

A collector called my estranged father and gave him the amount I owe, my account number and she said they where going to get a judgment against me.

He is not on the account. isn't it illegal to tell him that info? I looked on the fair debt collection site and they said it was.
I can't afford an attourney- what should I do?

Also, If they get a judgment what does that mean for me?

I am 19 and am about to enter my sophomore year in my liberal arts college in California. My parents pay the amount of money I am not provided by the school through financial aid (about $10,000 a year out of $46,000).

My parents said to me today, "We don't want to pay for your school anymore." However, they have the money to pay for it. Is there a law that forces parents pay for the remainder of their child's education? I am worried because my parents don't want to pay for my schooling anymore and I would have to drop out for a few years and work to go back.

Please help!

VERY long story short. i just need a yes or answer/opinion

my cousin was my room mate. who didnt pay his rent. (long long story) he lied to EVERYONE about EVERYTHING(parents, my friends, his friends, exs etc) I kicked him out of the house. hes still making up lies telling people i owe HIM money, im a s*** and im sleeping with my bfs brother (who is GAY btw)...making up stories to other people about other people....my boyfriend & his brother want to kick his a**. Im tryin to be humble and just deal with it on my own terms because Court will be very very exhausting for me and expensive. But hes testing my limits. And if i REALLY need to, i will take him to court. What do you think...should i wait it out and deal with it, or screw it and deal with court. i have more then enough evidence...

btw, he didnt get caught earlier because you wouldnt believe how detailed of a liar he is. he should be an actor. i see him as a completely different person. its scarey

I'm a Mexican -American born from illegal parents(who eventually got to be legal)
I used to always think them brave to come here.

The process to become a citizen is very costly and difficult so that's why many come.

If All immigrants were to pay their way in would you Americans be happy?

I understand how people might be angry, but I just want it to be made clear here, it doesn't involve racism right?

thankyou for those who answer, I just want it explained to me, i don't look to argue, i'm not well educated on this.

Do something like Dick C. did. After the congress sent a budget to the white house that called for troop withdraw Dick C. went on NBC and said that G.W. would veto it and then congress would send another would send another through with out the troop withdraw. Thats what happened, just like Dick C. said.

So why not threaten to withdraw, If we did their would be a huge problem their, the extreemst would rule and the world would have to do something, If more troops from other countrys were involved it would make a huge differnce. They have the troops (like the fomer Ussr and china). Do it just like Dick C. did with the budget and tell the world we will if they don't help. Other countrys don't help much because we are their.

I was tasered last Feb. while pointing a gun at myself. VERY stupid, I've since quit drinking. The officer was 4' away. The 1st thing that happens is your muscles contract, specifically the fingers. The officer could see my finger on the trigger and should not have tasered me. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital, blew the right side of my mouth out and lost 3 upper teeth, along with $21,000 in medical bills insurance didn't cover. The lawyers here know everyone or are related, this is a small town and no one has the guts to take this on. Thanks for any help.

Before you dismiss the idea too quickly, think about it: I think he stands a good chance as a Republican. Consider the following:

-Conservativs have shown they don't like intellectuals, or people who use big words the don't understand. They want a guy that speaks at their level. Mike certainly would not threaten their egos with too much book smarts.
-Conservatives like a leader. Somebody that will strike without being held back by all these ideas of consequence. Weighing consequences only makes you appear weak to the terrorists. Mike has the kind of resolve conservatives admire in a leader.
-Mike has a the kind of colorful past that make Republicans cherish a president as quirky.
- The spending habits of Mike Tyson resemble the spending habits of the Bush republicans. Why stop at spending the money you have when you can spend the money you don't have? Deficits don't matter, silly!
-Finally, why should wrestlers and actors have all the fun.

So how about it? Tyson 2008?

WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House on Thursday made fun of former President Clinton and his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, for criticizing President Bush's decision to erase the prison sentence of former aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby.
"I don't know what Arkansan is for chutzpah, but this is a gigantic case of it," presidential spokesman Tony Snow said.

In the closing hours of his presidency, Clinton pardoned 140 people, including fugitive financier Marc Rich.
