I as a white male believe he will be our next president. What do you think? Could anybody tell me more about his goals? Also if you choose, could you list your race? Thanks

I am a Black, American female, but I will not be voting for Barack Obama. I've done my homework & have come to the conclusion that he likes to ride the fence in order to win votes. He is too vague in the debates. One thing that he stated (that sticks out in my mind) is that the American people would not mind granting citizenship to the 12 million illegals as long as the government builds the fence as promised. That is totally untrue.... & the Americans showed that last week by tying up the lines, so that the government did not pass that ridiculous amnesty bill. Although I think he is young & ambitious, I really don't think he is ready for presidency (my mom thinks otherwise). Even though I am Black & most of America expects for him to get the Black vote, I will be voting for Ron Paul. I don't believe in voting for someone due to race or religion or because they belong to a particular party. I believe Ron Paul to be the best candidate to save America from the past 8 years of mistakes.

Look at how vague Barack Obama is in what he says in regards to illegal immigration...

No look at how clear Ron Paul is when he speaks of illegal immigration & how he plans to stop it...

Unless a miracle happens the media will had Hillary the nomination. The party owes Clinton too much to give Obama a fair shot at the nomination. Sometime in the latter part of this year the Clitons will unleash the dogs on Obama. I personally thing Obama could be a good president dispite his short time in politics. His race or religion do not matter to me. I have the impression His honor and integrity far exceed any of the other candidates.

I do believe he will be our next president. His goals are universal health care, energy conservation and less dependency on the middle east for energy, he wants alternative fuel options. And education. He doesn't believe that students should have to pay interest on student loans for one thing. He has alot of good ideas. Just go to www.barackobama.com for a list. I have heard people say he is secretive. Far from it. The information on him is all out there if you just look for it. And as for his middle name, so what?? He is AMERICAN and that is the difference. If you have the chance go to listen to him speak. It is well worth the time.
I am caucasian, by the way.

This character scares the hell out of me. He is one generation removed from the third world, has a militant islamic father and an atheist welfare mother.
This looks like a story for a Tom Clancy novel. Al Quida gains the White House.
It burns my butt that my tax dollars are going for Secret Service protection for this character.
Wake up people!

I will not vote for him as I don't agree with some of his stances. I especially don't like the fact he voted for the immigration bill. He tends not to answer controversial questions. He will say what he thinks his audience wants to hear.

He hasn't really done anything, he won't be the candidate anyway, Hillary will.

You have heard a lot FROM Barak Obama, but not much about him.
This is because he hasn't done much.

I don't dislike the man, but there's something about him that I cannot explain that I don't trust. I have a weird sense of feelings about him, I admit. I'm sorry people, but a fair choice just isn't there for me to choose right now.

I'm from Illinois and the only reason that he is in the senate is because the Republicans failed miserably in nominating a viable candidate. Who did they nominate? Alan Keys! There wasn't much of a choice.

(There's more to the story if you're willing to look for it.)
