Recently I was involved in a car accident, it was clearly my fault, and the damage done to the other persons car was not much, so i ask him if he would rather just not call the police and not make a big deal, and let me pay for the damages. Well after this he calls me back the next day and tells me how much it will cost to get his car fixed. Now what do i do? and i want to know is this legal not to call insurance or the police or anything? and should i have some kinda of contract, and what should i include in this contract, please reply

I work in a union setting. I applied for, interviewed and was awarded another position. This position is not mentioned in the contract. After being promoted, someone in the bargaining unit filed a grievance and won a month later. I have already started this position and was informed today by administration that they are taking my promotion away and giving it to the less qualified person. Can they do this?

I send for a newal on my passport, now it 9 weeks and 4days and the US department send me a letter stating that my passport picture is too dark and they need new pic!!
I need to know how long it take???? I am leaving may 11 but I need passport pic by may 2!!!!

I live in Utah and we have had several immigration raids over the past 6 months where over a hundred people were arrested for false documents. One lady said that she didn't hurt the person that she stole the identity from because she only used it to work, and yet that lady lost social security benefits because her number showed she was working and now she is having a very hard time. Another person said that they had to break the law because our laws make it impossible for them to work legally if they are in the country illegally. Now there are community centers, churches, and other programs that are helping the people that were arrested and their families to fight the government and their deportation. The people knew they were stealing identities and yet did it any ways. How is that any different than walking into a bank and robbing it? Wrong is wrong. Am I right or is it me that doesn't understand?
