Were t me, I'd take a SERIOUS look at USC 1324 Sec 8.... You do realize it is a felony to employ or otherwise knowingly harbor an illegal alien?
That code is getting better than a fair amount of play with the elected types. Inform yourself before you're in a serious MESS. Best case, you'll be used for that magic green piece of paper and end up being taken to the cleaners by her and her extended family. Worst case? You'll do some time....... Is she under deportation? Or did she only say she was? Like the other guy said, tell her that when you get married, you will live in Mexico. Or if she gets deported, you will go live with her in Mexico. See what happens. I bet she will drop you like a hot potato. Try asking her to come live with you but do not marry her. See how long that relationship will work out. Duhhhhh**

I hope you know her well. Where is she from? Have you been to her home town? Would she live with you in Mexico? If you have not met her parents, been to their home town, and if there is no possibility of marriage and life in Mexico, you are probably being used as a free ride. If she is from the northern states of Mexico, you better meet her family. All my friends from Sonora and Chihuahua say half their families are involved in Mafioso activities in one way or another. In other words, you better know her REALLY well or you are taking a HUGE risk. (is that not obvious?)
