I have found a community based lawyer who will help me but, I have had a pro confesso judgment against me, but a motion for summarry judgement was denied.I thought the pre trial conference was the time to present my answer to the suit. and I did not formally answer it in writing. The justice told me I still had rights but I'm not sure what. Any info would be appreciated

I cannot not believe their nerve, can you?

A website run by associates of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian president, reported last night that the Britons would be put before a court and indicted.

Referring to them as “insurgents”, the site concluded: “If it is proven that they deliberately entered Iranian territory, they will be charged with espionage. If that is proven, they can expect a very serious penalty since according to Iranian law, espionage is one of the most serious offences.”

In poorer nations, why should people have kids if they cannot support them. It doesn't seem fair to burden the child like that. Not to mention everyone else. I can see having one kid, because children are the future and wonderful, but after one. If you can't support kids, you shouldn't have them. Why should you burden the world like that.

Consensus of opinion is NOT proof of anything. Yet, when libs are asked for proof of global warming, they ALWAYS quote consensus of opinion. Libs, can you, or any of your quoted scientists present provable facts, rather than opinion? Opinions are like noses- everybody has one, but most of them smell.

If every illegal were to get amnesty with history showing any amnesty only encourages further illegal immigration and more amnesties will be called for. Any guest worker program will result in future people overstaying them and again another amnesty will be called for. How many amnesties can America afford to give ?

I've noticed in reply to some questions I've asked, the replies received show the respondents haven't got a clue what the question was. Are they just thick as a brick or merely jumped to the wrong conclusion? For those who answered a military question I posed, my address was, 364. 2nd Batt, SLI. OAS. BTA. I suspect the respondents weren't even born then, so in good army tradition; "Do me a favour and get some In."

From a hunting stand point, the 5.56 .. 50 grain bullet is good for small game and for larger game, something around the 30 cal or 7.62 with a 180 grain bullet is better. It also seems from the many videos of the fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan that most of the shots are over 100 yards. In hunting it's, chose the target, chose the bullet and chose the cartridge to get the bullet there at 300 yards for a clean kill. Reference "The Game Rifle" by Bob Hagel. Professional hunter for 30 years.

i know it takes a boatload of dough, but in the long run don't you think we'll save on bullets? once the initial cost of supplying every soldier with one is done, won't it be cheaper just to charge the battery than to spend our taxes on bullets? we already have lasers that can do direct damage. and isn't it the stereotype of america and/or the world to turn whatever new technology available into a weapon? i'm wondering if some are already in the hands of marines. Perfect accuracy, no wind/distance calculations nessessary, no aiming slightly ahead of a moving target, extremely long range, can be installed on aircraft and carriers. If we don't already have them, it shouldn't be long until we do. and if we can just get over the cost hurdle, we'll be golden

I was just insulted by some weirdo on MySpace who said I shouldn't be a certain political party, but I know know what I am, or what I would/should be. I don't understand them at all. I know they have differences, but I just don't know what they are. So what are all the political parties (in the U.S.), and what do they believe/stand for?
