Shouldn't the teachers, social workers, and or physician/pharmicist be facing the same charges? Each of them saw a problem, and neglected to adequately act upon it. If they had, little Rebecca would probably still be alive right now.

I'm sorry, I don't see how all of them can seem to justify their non-response in any way.....this was a 4 year old little girl with her whole life ahead of her!!!!

I find it very amusing at how ignorant these people are of the actual scientific work going on that places real importance on this issue. It's not political at all, its the freaking truth. C02 is a greehouse gas, just look at the cloud covered atmosphere of Venus for a clue as to what happens when C02 is a main component of an atmosphere. However for all those that don't think there is a credible body of scientists working on this issue try looking at the souce I've cited below. And if you have an equally compelling and credible source made up of a consortium of over 2000 scientists, I may give you best answer.

Only honest opinions, please no rhetorical answers with information that has never been proven by ANY respectable medical association. Every year, hundreds of millions of tax-payer's dollars goes into arresting and trying people in marijuana-related offenses, while real criminals are out committing crimes. Also, marijuana is an excellent cash crop which could produce great revenue for investors. Every year tobbacco and alcohol kill hundereds of thousands. Marijuana? 0... I can't understand why anyone would criminalize marijuana while drunks kill innocent people in car accidents every day. You decide....

I respect both men, and they are both working toward a Presidential run. The dilema is that they thin out support for one another, and make the job of competing with big money candidates like Rudy and John much harder. Should we have a primary before the primaries?

So following on from my Blind man dog poop question, why are horses allowed to poop in the middle of pedestrianised areas?

Roads, fair enough, driving through it isn't pleasant but hey. But when they are stood in the middle of a pedestrian area (and here I am thinking of Sheffield and Nottingham where I see it happen) it is not acceptable in my opinion. How can I take the police "don't let your dog mess on the pavement" message seriously after stepping in a pile of police horse dung?

This might be a daft question, but do US horses wear nappies/diapers (Marge, while she is a police officer in the Simpsons, says "horse not wearing a diaper")?

My friend wants to live in a apartment with a guy friend next semester because he just moved down and she's the only one he knows. She told me and I remember that Florida has a law about cohabitating. Should I tell my friend not to live with him because of this law?
