So following on from my Blind man dog poop question, why are horses allowed to poop in the middle of pedestrianised areas?

Roads, fair enough, driving through it isn't pleasant but hey. But when they are stood in the middle of a pedestrian area (and here I am thinking of Sheffield and Nottingham where I see it happen) it is not acceptable in my opinion. How can I take the police "don't let your dog mess on the pavement" message seriously after stepping in a pile of police horse dung?

This might be a daft question, but do US horses wear nappies/diapers (Marge, while she is a police officer in the Simpsons, says "horse not wearing a diaper")?

And I'm asking this despite mentioning it in my earlier question because I only mentioned it in passing and therefore didn't get (or expect) an answer. If you'd read my other question you would know that.

My gran & many others, used to follow the horses hoping they would leave a deposit as that helps gardens grow.

I accept your point though! One law for us...
Maybe we could do a citizen's arrest for fouling?

Horses are owned by land owners, who are magistrates, who make the law.
Are you surprised it is allowed.

Try hitting a load of that at 30 on a push bike or motor bike.

Why are you following on from your last question if you read the answers you would know?
