My friend wants to live in a apartment with a guy friend next semester because he just moved down and she's the only one he knows. She told me and I remember that Florida has a law about cohabitating. Should I tell my friend not to live with him because of this law?

Florida does have a co-habitation law but it is not being enforced.

Floridians "cohabit" by the millions. As long as the landlord accepts whoever is living in the unit, it's nobody else's business.
