Our Government, corp. America, business owners, and clueless Americans have given the illegals the rights you speak of. They have more rights than you are I do. They can protest and not be pepper sprayed and tax dollars spent and given to illegals to clean up the trash afterwards. The ones who are so gun-ho on spiting on our constitution are trash, in my humble opinion.

I agree with Jellybean. They know they don't have any rights except for human rights. They are arrogant, stubborn, and thankfully so. The more they offend, demand, label and push, the more fuel they give to the anti-side. I can't stand their cultural attitudes towards women, their racism towards Mexican Indians and blacks, and the mens' Napolean complex machismo. Most will be gone soon. They need to take that attitude back to Mexico.

mexicans are americans too, do you think that Mexico is part of Asia, Africa, Europa?

Learn geography and history before making that type of question.

See both sides to not generalize

The constitution do not cover only US citizens or do you think that those who just have a green card are not covered by the US constitution?

US constitution covers any person, otherwise it meas that undocumented inmigrants do not have freedon of speech among other rights they have as well as residents and US citizens.

It is in my opinion hereditary..It is the result of a culture that violently defends their southern border w/Guatemala to prevent any entrance to Mexico by those who are more poverty stricken and are seeking a better life, yet that same culture honestly believes they have a legal right to illegally enter the U.S.because they are seeking a better life! Those who grow up in Mx., by their very existence, are continually exposed to unbelievable corruption,disrespect/disregard for laws or regulations,a live and let live attitude,an inability to accept constructive criticism, a sub standard or non-existant educational system, and poor moral examples until eventually the great majority proudly display a"DO AS I PLEASE, WHERE I PLEASE AND WHEN I PLEASE" attitude..That is why ,during media interviews, they unabashedly say they are not illegal, they have a right to be here,,etc.,etc.,etc...To watch the beautiful children of Mexico grow up with such examples and without them even realizing, gradually change into the illegal immigrant adults we see so proudly demonstrating in our streets, is truly enough to make a grown person cry.....

Because they are being told they have rights by pro-illegal and hispanic rights groups. Brainwashing. But who could blame them for wanting to believe it's true? These groups should be prosecuted for breaking our immigration laws and encouraging others to do the same.

Because they do.
Not that the Constitution gives them those rights but because our liberal elitist government showers them with look the other way policies.
They use our schools because the government will not allow you to refuse them based on citizenship status.
They overcrowd our hospitals because the government will not allow you to turn them away.
They vote in our elections because even though it is illegal for them to register, it is illegal to ask them for proof of citizenship. The illegal part does not bother them because otherwise they would not be here.
Our government uses your tax dollars to advertise on spanish speaking radio and television to encourage illegals to apply for food stamps. They tell them that it is their right and their citizenship status will not be questioned.
Cities that have large populations of illegals declare themselves sanctuary and refuse to cooperate with federal officials.
The federal government aids and abets these criminals in more ways than you can imagine.
Legally speaking they may not have constitutional "rights" but they have a plethora of government granted privileges

Get the story straight. Illegals know they have no rights under the law. They only come here to work for the season, make money to send home, and then go home to do it all over again next year.By the way, what about all those illegal Irish on the East Coast who are trying to get Edward Kennedy to be a member of a special panel to investigate whether they should stay in the U.S. or be deported back to Ireland?I don't hear a peep from anybody on that one.

I agree with Jelly Bean 100%.

Marino Quispe, who obviously has serious racial and sexual identity issues, has been reported. Don't assume people here don't understand Spanish.
