I am writing a paper for a criminal justice class and have a quick question. When someone fills out a police report, who decides the charges on the police report? The person filling the police report, the police, or the DA?

Could you please guide me for my follow query?

I've got 6 month UK Visa on 15 Sept 06 and travelled London one month. Now I'm being called again by our client. My VISA expiry date is 15 march 07.

Would I have to apply again for fresh VISA or I can request for its extension?

I have to stay there again for one month.

Please suggest.

Best Regards,

The night after Martin Durkin's excellent documentary appeared to me to prove totally, convincingly and comprehensively that global warming has been happening since time immemorial and that it is caused by solar activity and NOT by any activity by man in 20th/21st Century, and that the whole arguments put out by Tony Blair and others at the EU are grossly flawed, we hear the EU has agreed on measures to limit carbon emissions. Have others who saw this programme expose the true facts also had their opinion on this issue totally changed like mine have been?

George Bush - 1989-1993
Bill Clinton - 1993 - 2001
George W Bush - 2001 - 2009

Now lets assume here (yes its an assumption - I know!) that Hilary becomes the next president.

That would mean from 1989 to 2013 we would have 2 families occupying the White House. Thats 24 years at least of power being occupied by just 2 sets of families.

Consider how many families there are in the US. Does that seem like a fair way of governance to you?

So much for the US having the greatest political system in the world.

I am a temp worker, and this woman at work (I don't know if she liked me or what), but she followed me around while I worked. Even after her shift she would hang out talking to me (even though she knew I was married. I didn't start to feel uncomfortable until people started approaching saying she talks about me non stop when i'm not there. Instead of telling her that she makes me feel uncomfortable, I gave her a hard time, hoping she would take the hint to leave me alone. When she didn't stop, I didn't spell it out black and white and told her she needs mental help. She now is saying that I degraded her and harassed her by telling her she needs mental help and I lost my job because it (I never had the chance to explain my side). because she got angry, she now tells everyone that i'm a substandard worker now that I don't work there. Do I have any type of case of slander or any other claims?

The bible is the rules of mankind right? We are supposed to live as it says. So why can the government override that? How come the bible says that if you're in war and have a new home, new wife, or if you just don't want to be there, you don't have to be!!! And the government MAKES you go. You have no choice. Why can't you chose whether or not to abide by the laws of the government or the laws of the bible?

Is your belief system wrapped up in a political party?

Do you consider deleterious remarks about candidates in your party as an attack against you?

Do you HATE the candidates in the other party?

Would you like to see the other party wiped off the face of the earth or their members die?

I find the term quite scary & frightening, but when you think about it the US used many Nazi scientists after the war that should have been tried & convicted as war criminals.
