Which at the time was a class 2 misdemenor. I pled not guilty but was unfortunatly unable to prove my innocence. The date of the ticket was March 31st 2005. The conviction date was October 2006. The penalty was a 100 fine and court costs, plus the points on my lisence of course. There are no other points on my lisence and I have no other criminal record. I am currently 20 years old. What jobs will I be barred from once I leave school?

Everytime a woman went in for her check up, the government decides whether or not she should have it. Would more women have them? Or less? Do you trust the government to make those choices?

And let the government tell us when to have abortions, just like in China? Or did you think that putting the government in the doctor's office would stop abortion?

Today I see people wanting big government to do "this and that" with the tax dollar and the free market's money supply. If the government is going to "help" so much, why don't we just give everything to them? Wouldn't that be better for everyone? (sarcasm) Who doesn't want 435 congressmen running 300 million people instead of them running themselves?

If, in addition to muslims, gitmo held 11 family members and friends of Timothy McVeigh, and none of those 11 people were charged with a crime or permitted to challenge their detention, would you support this?

I regularly see attempts to disprove global warming from the right-wing that include comparing the "scare tactic" of global warming with the "scare tactics" behind the ozone layer and y2k.

The implication being made is obvious: that global warming is a myth, just like the hole in the ozone layer and the y2k bug.

I agree that global warming is a myth like the ozone hole and y2k, i.e it's not a myth, just as they weren't.

The ozone layer hole did exist, and we acted and now that crisis is less of an issue. Comparing global warming to y2k is even more puzzling. The y2k bug was not a myth at all. There were very serious issues in many operating systems and programs that required patching and code changes to avoid failure or problems.

The exact reason that y2k was not a catastrophe is that we acted. We made changes.

Why does the right take two examples of situations where acting averted catastrophe, and claim that they are a reason that we should do nothing about global warming?

Don't think this is stupid, because a camera in your car could have saved many of you who read this. The Police State is coming. I know a camera could have saved me a few times. Cops do lie, but cameras are so small and inexpensive you can stop this, because a few law suits will slow this, but you have to put the camera in "BEFORE" you are stopped. www.prisonplanet.com

they keep talking about some kind of "Revolution" in america as if they really think it'd be better. seems like a bunch of people who are too lazy to accept responsibility, so they want the gov to do everything for them. they're willing to give up the freedom to spend their own money, so they opt to pay high taxes. they despise the rich out of jealousy and think that the gov should be obligated to take the money of people who have worked to afford what they have. i can remember how my middle class household paid altogether about 3 months of salary every year for clinton's taxes. how did that help? do they ever think that many "poor" people are poor because of their own doings? i guess they forgot how many poor lived under the soviet system. not to mention their reverse racism agenda. they support the racist affirmative action, and on the american communist party website every race thats spoken of is capitalized except "white" as if everyone else were perfect.

I have posted two valid questions about Abortion. Yet I get accused of hate, ignorance, etc...

I support, as most people, abortion in the case of rape, incest, molestation, health of the mother, or sever mental or physical deformation of the Child.

I asked is the "convenience" of a Mother more important than that of her Unborn Child. This is a question about no-questions-asked, abortion on demand. It was never voted on, the Courts scooped it right out of the public forum.

In order to find out how Zealous, Intolerant, Ignorant, and Fanatical neo-libs really are, ask an abortion question.
