What, exactly, does this mean?

When, exactly did he gain that title?

Did he decide to let 9-11 happen, while he read "My Pet Goat to the children?"

Because Bush thinks "The Decider" sounds better than "His Majesty, Emperor George I, God-Emperor of the United Empire of America." He thinks "The Decider" is a bit more palatable to people, that people won't see what he's really doing.

His calling himself the "Decider" has to do with the fact that regardless of the current whims of the people or the congress, in certain matters, he is ultimately responsible for their conduct, such as the War on Terror.

Regardless of all the opinions offered to him regarding how to conduct the war, nobody but the President has the responsibility, the authority, and the accountability. Only him, nobody else.

It's pretty simple for those that can think clearly.

He "gained" the Title when he gave it to himself to amuse and attempt to convince the American Public that he knows what he is doing!

He is one of the Biggest Bull$hitters and Flip Floppers ever to be in the Whitehouse!

Remember his "I will capture Osama Bin Laden dead or alive" BS?

Then Several months later he said Osama was not important!

Reastically - He can not decide to take a crap unless it is running down his pant legs!

When he sat motionless for seven minutes after being told that the WTCs had been attacked it was to allow the crap in his pants to dry - before he "decided" to flee for his life!!!!!

He didn't "decide" to let 9/11 happen. Osama did.
Get an education and stop believing rumors started by terrorists.

You are doing the terrorists proud. Are you happy now?

Actually, the title is "The Pet Goat"... common error.

And your brainwashing is nearly complete.

It is a reference to that fact that regardless of what the house says (your elected officials) bush has the final say.
