I have claimed my son every year. After his mother and I broke up, we both claimed him on our '05 taxes. I didn't know that she claimed him until I got a letter in the mail saying that I'm being audited. My son lived with me 7 months out of that year until a custody order went into effect in July. I have no proof that he lived with me during that time and I'm not sure how I can prove that he did? Any suggestions??

Why does our school system neglect to teach the truth?

The United States never was and never intended to be democracy. We are a Republic!
“Every step…towards…democracy is an advance towards destruction…Liberty has never yet lasted long in a democracy; nor has it ever ended in anything better than despotism.” (1801)
Fisher Ames (1758-1808; Congressman from Massachusetts)
Most Americans believe we live in a Democracy. But they are 100% wrong. The word democracy was used very little until the onset of World War I. President Wilson began to use the word in many of his slogans and speeches. The use of the word continue to increase, and now that is all anyone hears today. Most Americans have been mislead to believe we are a democracy.
WRONG!
In Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto, democracy is one of the pillars of communism. Just before the listing of the 10 Communist Planks, he references democracy as a way to win control of the people. Basically democracy allows the voters to vote

What possible reason could anyone have to be against abortion unless they realize it kills a human being? Nobody is against tonsillectomies, for example.

If this is true, and you realize abortion kills a living human, why SHOULD a woman (or anyone else for that matter) have the right to choose whether that human being lives or dies?

I think that someone who says, more or less, that Muslims religion is based on hate for infidels, is the type of person that has to write it off as something. Like the people who think that gay people are born with a mental problem or evil, meaning, or sounding like, Muslims are just animals and were born and raised that way. It sounds the same, to me, ¿¿¿What do you think??? I was standin on a corner in Winslow, Arizona, such a fine sight to see...(time to change the channel)

Does anyone know what the details on common-law marriage are for Wyoming?

I heard that it's when 2 people, man and woman, live together for a certain period of time, sharing income. My boyfriend and I have been living together for 7 months now.

My insurance starts at the beginning of next month and I was wondering if there was any way I could get him covered with myself.

There are many fundraising groups and PAC's (political action committee) that finance and promote certain types of candidates, conservative, liberal, hispanic, etc. These groups are typically the main source of funding for candidates and have quite a bit to do with who we elect. I see polarizing politics and gridlock to be a major issue facing America. So my question for all voters; Would you be supportive of a group that promoted only candidates with a bi-partisan nature, in other words candidates who vote more neutral than just along party lines?

I am a U.S. citizen. My fiance is not. We are going to live in her country after marriage. However, we want to visit my family in the U.S. for a couple months after marriage. Should she be applying for a B2 visa for "travel for pleasure"?
Are we basically guaranteed a visa since she will be my wife and doesn't have a criminal history?
How long does it take to get the visa?
How long does the visa last?

It's been happening for the last 100 years and it is time for the people to wake up.

Karl Marx was stating in the Communist Manifesto that these planks will test whether a country has become communist or not. If they are all in effect and in force the country IS communist. Communism, but by any other name…??
1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose.
The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Misapplication of the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State "income" taxes. We call it "paying your fair share".
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

We call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.

Abortion is legal, as was murdering Jews, Gypsys, Homosexuals, etc... in Naxi Germany. The Liberals kill 5 million children a year, that is actually more than the 6 million the Nazis killed.

It is weird that Liberals put the Nazis to shame as killing machines.

My rent man is evicting me and my family, husband called rentman to try to work something out so that we do not become homeless and he called cops to say he was being harrassed, cops came to file report and while there shared husbands criminal record with our rent man. I understand this is available through public record but is it legal and morally ethical for him to do that and is there anything we can do, surely there are rules about this. I have used emails directed to goverrnment agencies requesting answers and attached the proof as attachments. I copy hundreds of people locally in order for them to understand what criminals our law enforcement and government has become. Locally, the hundreds recieve them, but those in other states don't recieve these specific messages or are unable to open the attachments. Yahoo has always just quoted their privacy statment and told me the government can do anything it wants. Any suggestions? Is this what our "freedom" has come to?

I'm interested to know why Jeffrey Dahmer was simply sentenced to life in prison, but Ted Bundy was sentenced to death. I've noticed this in other cases. Sometimes, at least to me, the crimes seem relatively the same and yet one might get death and the other only life. What decides such sentences?
