Why is it the Government can tell me how safe I need to be in my own vehicle(seatbelt law)? Yet some states do not even have helmet laws for motorcyclist.

Why does the US government allow illegals to "have" our Social Security, especially when it is already going broke. SOCIAL SECURITY should be for legal CITIZENS ONLY. Sorry if I hurt any feelings, but why is it so hard for some Americans to get help with their food (food stamps), and healthcare (Medicaid) and illegals get it without much problems? Our government needs a TOTAL overhaul. If they want our benefits, then they should become REAL Americans, by learning our language, becoming legal citizens and working here legally. We spend millions providing multi-lingual papers, etc. Where are the true Americans and why is it so hard for them to get the help they need? I VOTE "FOR" THE "TRUE" AMERICAN CITIZENS and WE NEED AN AMERICAN OVERHAUL.

Some conservatives on YA like to cut and past long qoutes by democrats about how bad Sadam was. Correct me if I wrong but, NONE of them advocated invading Iraq.

Maybe they new it would be a huge mistake, would cause more terrorism, cost thousands of lives, billions of dollars, and trash Americas name around the world. Unfortunately, this administration didn't have the smarts to realize that (hell, even his dad new). Either that or they didn't care. Now, Bush is going to punt this disaster to the next administration. I get teary eyed just thinking how proud I am of little George, don't you?.

found out there is a warrant out for felony misuse of credit card for me in ohio, however, i have never lived there, been there, nor do i know anyone that lives there. i definitely didnt do the crime!!!! called and was confirmed that a warrant is in my name, however i talked to someone about how it is ID theft, and how i have proof of living in a totally different state, in another part of the country. some secretary told me that i need to come there and turn myself in, but when i talked to someone else they told me to just talk to someone in fraud/theft and they will try to straighten it out so i wouldnt have to (live in louisiana). i am also pregnant, so i don't want to go there and have to go to jail since i am almost 7 months along!! scared out of my mind!! should i just go to a lawyer and see what (s)he can do??? not sure where to go. filed a report with ftc.gov and fraud alerts. should i have to turn myself in when i didnt do it??

I was ina motor vehicle accident in Ky. I didn't have insurance on my vehicle which is a state law. The accident report states that no one is at fault, but everyone who reads it says it is his fault. the other driver had insurance, and now I'm wondering should I sue because my vehicle was totaled and my daughter substained back injuries and I have a stack of medical bills. If I do sue, can I even win?
