Put the crack pipe down! None of this today has anything at all to do with our country and certainly not our people. There are new countries on the horizon that are poised to take over such as China, and India. These countries offer the world new fresh ideas at a much reduced price. Unfortunatley for the US, companies have now taken over the rule and laws are written by lobbyists who are basically political terrorists. The companies and unions of this country with their greedy owners and even more greedy employees who feel they need to get paid $10.00 per hour to sit on their asses and answer phones or $8.00 an hour to serve freakin cheeseburgers are destroying this country.

I think you will be enlightened after tonight address!
There will be NO New Regulations and Less Tax Breaks!
Sorry Virginia.....There is no Santa Claus!
YES HE IS A CORRUPT CEO!!
Just you wait and see!
Cars that do not need gasoline are here and constantly being improved when will all Americans wake up to the fact that this is about the money involved in the need for oil?
When the CEO's of OPEC and EXXON can figure a way to financially prosper from alternate energy consumption........then things will change!
Until that time we will all be affected by the enormous GREED involved with the oil companies!

No. The liberals always find fault with whatever the President says or does. They'll distort whatever he says, taking it the wrong way and making up more lies out of what the President says just to hide the fact that the libs have no agenda for the country - that's all - same old crap from the libs. They'll never understand the real truth - only their own distorted version of it. They're clever in making up lies and twisting things around to suit their own purpose - it's the liberal way!

The Congress passed a bill last week lessening tax breaks to oil companies. It was part of their first 100 hours of legislation.

I didnt see the preview, I hope you are right though. Because Bush was governer of TX and Cheney used to work for Halliburton, doesnt mean they are running the war to help fund domestic companies. That is just stupid. He is the President of the United States, not some corrupt CEO. He wants what is best for this country, whether he makes a good or bad decision. he is not perfect.

If it's about OUR country and OUR people, why do you feel the need to categorize people based on political affiliation? People in the middle class, be they liberal or conservative, all want what's best for the country. Enough with the conservatives do this and liberals do that already!

I don't doubt he will SAY he intends to do those things. But I'll be very surprised if he ever DOES anything that doesn't fill his wallet.
I hope he gives us an update on the manned flight to Mars that he announced 4 years ago. I hope we are almost ready to send him.

it could be.. or it could be political maneuvering.. Bush's policies changed overnight when the democrats took office.. or don't people remember him telling the world that Rumsfeld wasn't going anywhere one week before the midterms.
