Normally yes, unless you have some type of skill, such as knowing a foreign language, that is needed. Most of the agents are either accounting majors, or law school graduates. The job requires a high degree of analytical and research skills, and these degrees aid in performing the job functions.

Yes. They won't even look at you unless you have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.

Not if you have the right connections but it would help on your resume for sure and all college and a degree means is you are now ready for brotherhood of drunks
