I used to think that Liberals never stood for anything...

But seeing as how they're so committed to hating anyone who doesn't think like they do, I guess I was wrong.

Am I?

How do you determine if plaintiff and defendants are living in 2 different states such as NJ and NY ?

I am in NJ and the potential defendants are living in outside of New York City.
2 different cases.
1) I have paid off the loan and asked for the paid off statment without getting any written response. Should I file in a county small claims court in what state ?

2) I have a business contract to be paid more than 100K. Not getting a good response either. Should I file in a county supreme court in what state ?

Please advice...
Thanks.

If an American said that they would vote for Hillary because she's a woman, Liberals would commend them for being so bold! If an American said that they would vote for Barack because he is Black (never mind he's ½ White), Liberals would praise them for having such courage! If an American said they would vote for Mitt because he was a man, Liberals would call them a sexist! If an American said they would vote for Rudy because he was White, Liberals would call them a racist!

So, what would they call an American who would vote for Condi, because she was a Black Woman???

I need advice from other wives/fiances that have husbands in Iraq, we are not married yet and from hes heard we cant get married yet because his unit is under Red alert, hes deploying anytime after 31 days from now, we want to get married, but is there something we can do to get it waived somehow? He asked his unit and they couldnt give us a definant answer. Also how do you deal with all the anxiety from them being over there, I am so worried, hes been gone but not that far, and especially over there, they are saying he could be gone from 3 months to 2 YEARS! whats the average time line for them to be deployed?

republcican? What traits do the women who vote democratic have or what issues motivate them to do so.
Democrats did well among many important subgroups of women, including unmarried women, which the Women's Vote Center targeted through our TAKE SIX in '06 outreach program. Sixty-five percent of all unmarried women voted for Democratic candidates and were 18 percent of the total electorate this cycle. According to Women's Voices Women's Vote, unmarried women turnout in states like Missouri and Ohio was even higher (19 and 21 percent respectively) providing even more votes for our winning Democratic teams.

Other subgroups of the women voters turned out for Democrats at higher levels than in 2004. Hispanic women increased their support of Democrats by 18 percent, young women (18-29) increased their support of Democrats by 14 percent, white women increased their support 8 percent and Independent women's support increased by 12 percent. Reversing a trend from the 2004 election cycle, married women were almost as likely to vote for Democratic candidates as GOP candidates this cycle. [Emily's List, NYTimes]

it is said women caused the democratic sweep. I am wondering what generally reaches women or what triats cause gender differences in voting.

...shouldn't atheists just be willing to give up all their rights? I mean, wouldn't it be hypocritical of them to claim God-given rights?

If a company hires an illegal alien, they get fined, but they also are not allowed to fire the illiegal alien if they find out the peron is an illiegal alien because it is then considered discrimination! This makes no sense to me. Anyone agree? disagree? why/why not?
