My Boyfriend was arrested back in July for DWI. The court is saying he had a prior DWI years ago. and are trying to sentence him with this being his second offense. Can anyone tell me how far back the TEXAS Courts go when searching for a DWI record and using it against a person today?

It seems like liberals have become so extremist that they talk about the Democratic Party the same way Bin Laden talks about Islam.
How come Republicans might still be pro-choice, pro-stem cell research, pro-marijuana legalization, pro-gov't healthcare but Dems are never pro-gun, or pro-longer prison terms, or pro-war, or anti-welfare, or pro-death penalty?
How come it seems like Dems follow their party like a religion instead of thinking about the issues individually?
Do they think that Matt Damon knows better how to run the country than President Bush, or idolize Alec Baldwin more than Martin Luther King (republican)?
Do Blacks realize that the first Republican President was the one who ended slavery?
How come Dems think it is a good idea to raise minimum wage and increase taxes? Don't they know that will RUIN the value of the dollar, hurt the poor the most, and eliminate small business?
Why would they NEVER vote for a Republican, even if he was the best candidate?

Bush takes office in Feb. 5-7 months later the trade centers are attacked. Americans are attacked and killed on usa soil.
What was the secret service doing under Bill Clinton's term in the white house? Lining up for their turn not to have sexual relations with the hired help.

This attack had to have taken years to plan right ? Hell, the pilots were trained to fly these planes right here in the states. Was there any one working for home land and security. Maybe I have watched too many spy movies and have came to believe that the US had their own JAMES BOND working behind the scenes.
Was Clinton even on American Soil when the attacks occured.?

I was with him at the dealership when it happened, but inside. I was waiting for a salesman. Minutes before, we had gone outside to look at some cars in the lot, and I went ahead and went back inside, to wait for the salesman, as I said. I sat in a few cars, it must have been 5 minutes. Then everyone runs out of the showroom. Instinctively, I knew something happened. I ran out, he was being peeled off the concrete. He tripped and fell on a step, a platform, which was about four inches high, which went to an unmarked, glass side door. There was NO SIGN or indication that there was an increase in elevation of the ground. The platform/step was the same color concrete as the rest of the small walkway. He tripped, fell flat on his face. There was a LOT of blood. Blood all over the walkway, through the showroom, and in the bathroom, where I cleaned him up for nearly 20 minutes, until the ambulance came. I took him to the E.R. myself, filed a police report. We want to pursue legal action.

Clinton lived and died by them. It is not a good way to LEAD. You surround yourself with the best people (as GWB has done) and then PLOT THE COURSE. He is a great man who puts the good of the country ahead of popularity and I admire him greatly for it.

Clinton ONLY cared about his legacy - not running the country.
(oh yes, and his women too.)
