I would rather have him as president, but I think people are going to vote for Clinton in the primaries

Sorry to say it, but there is not a chance. Actuallly, I'm not really sorry to say it. He's going to get torn to shreds in the primaries, by none other that the She-Devil Hillary Clinton.

Besides, nobody has a clue as to anything he stands for. He is only the flavor of the month. But at least he has forced Clinton to join the race 3 months before she intended to. This will help give the rest of the country a little extra time to see what she is really about.

Mr. Obama still has some time to grow, and maybe the next time around, he might have a better chance. But right now, everyone is jumping on his bandwagon before they even know anything about him. Much like they did with Howard Dean, and he imploded after Iowa.

But remember, we still have a year to go before they thin the political herd. I doubt Mr. Obama will be one of the fortunate ones to stand the test of time.

The question is, how are people going to react when the Clinton machine tears him up? She is going to have to make amends to the black community after she destroys Mr. Obamas hopes.

People say that she will offer him the VP spot on the ticket, but will anyone see beyond the political tactic and see it for what it is....pandering to the minority vote.

I wish Mr. Obama well, because I think he is for the most part, a reasonably descent person, but I don't think he has the history or experience to hold the reigns. But then again...neigther does Hillary.

Have a nice day.

Yes unless he makes a major faux pos he will. I would've said hillary if nancy pelosi wouldn't have become leader. But having two women that high in power will never play with men in the voting public. If nancy pelosi wouldn't have become leader I think hillary would win hands down. I just dread having all the clinton's old scandals being brought up again they just quit talking about that in the news and here we go again............for another 2 years!

I hope not, though he could not be any worse than Hillary. I would like to see a true moderate like John McCain, or Guliani win the Presidency. I would have supported Bill Richardson the Democratic Governor of New Mexico, but recent opinions from him have swayed me from that path.

That's a long way a way. He has to first survive the Clinton attack machine. Trust me, if there is anything that looks like dirt on him, it will surface. And for a guy that had a problem with someone talking about his ears, that could be his downfall.

I don't think he will.
He is not qualified and he is too far left. He's basically, a tall dark and handsome version of Teddy Kennedy.

He should try getting some meaningful legislation passed through congress and then maybe he would have a leg to stand on

The world need's a change every now and then, but not a bad one. Besides, my parent's opinions of the war match his but have racial things against him (calling him black and skinny)

I certainly hope not. Considering he was trained in a Madrasa as a child for 4 years. That's just what we need. A radical muslim in the White House. And has admitted snorting coke too.

I think he would be an unmitigated disaster of biblical proportions. He has no real platform (other that what Oprah has told him to say). He only says what people want to hear. His would truly be a government by poll.
