I say why not. An arms race between China/Russia vs. United States of America has now begun. The Chinese have proven the capibility to shoot down satellites. Now the race is on to weaponise space and arm satellites to shoot incoming missiles. Just like the Cold War, the U.S. will come out victorious.

I am 17 years old and my views seem to change all the time in different political events. I'm pro-choice, and the next I'm pro-life. I disagree with gay marriage, and then I agree. Is it the unclear lines of political parties at fault or is it my own ignorance? I also seem to be in between both parties most of the time. It's not like I don't care about current events, I'm very involved in what I believe with. I just can't seem to find my niche in the government and it's driving me insane!

From experience I found out that caucasian people who make an good income of at least 5k a month don't have 20-30 kids so that they can claim them as dependent to get the tax money back.

But how come poor people from bolivia or peru or mexico the parents make $900 a month and they still decide to have like 20-30 kids? why is that?

My friend got caught shoplifting makeup and turned over some of it..not everything. she even lied and signed a piece of paper saying that is all she stole. she got in trouble for what she stole and has to pay a hundred times the total theft but no charges. do they review the tapes and could get her in trouble for stealing that other stuff if they happen to notice? could they call the cops and track her down for it, since they have all her info in a database? she is worried about that.

President George W. Bush has undertaken the onerous task of converting Muslim dictatorships and theocracies in the Middle East into enlightened democracies.

The president apparently believes that America can, and should, determine the form of government that billions of Muslims live under.

But while our commander-in-chief is downright eager to impose American ideology on billions of Muslims in nations thousands of miles removed from our shores, he is downright squeamish when it comes to defending America's own borders and enforcing our immigration laws.

Most distressing is Bush's assertion that deportation of millions of illegal aliens is "impossible."

How in the world can it be "impossible" for the most powerful and technologically advanced nation in the world to remove criminals who have invaded our nation at time of war?

Senior members of the Labour party, have criticised the police, for doing their job as they have always done it.

When Tory officials are arrested in a dawn raid, it is fine. But when Labour officials are arrested in the same way, it is wrong.

Has Britain, as described by a recent report by one of the highest legal eagles, really become the same as a third world country when it comes to political interference in the the work the police does?

Alot of these congressmen are banning smoking from public places lately. Anyone know how many states have done this so far? Also, I thought tobacco made a crap load of money for the government. You would think that they wouldn't try to ban it all over for fear that it would result in a decrease of tobacco sales. What do you think of the bans? Personally I think it's a good thing..because I hate the smell and I use to smoke. Amazes me that I use to smell like that.
