Does the constitution protect people in the country illegally? It says "We the people" not "we the illegal immigrants." I don't get it.

After Three years of paying and no outstanding payments i sent the car back in excellent condition. According to the finance agreement i was lawfully able to do so and incur no further charges. Over the past twelve months i have been threatened with court action, offered several different settlement figures, in order to pay off the payment protection insurance figure, which formed part of the finance agreement. Can someone tell me if i have a liability, or are they just trying to get more money from me. They have placed a marker on my credit file, of which i have responded to in order to assure anyone who views it that i am not a credit risk. I am refusing to pay, and i am now considering taking legal action of my own. Sensible advice will be most welcome.

...think they can vote away terrorism and vote for peace instead? And just skip the action part?

Is that why so many Dems are poor? Because they can't follow through on anything?

Here's my theory...

George Bush asked Doc to build him a flux compassitor out of neon lights. Then they set it up in a Delorian and Bush went and hit that 88 mile per hour mark, Went back in time, and paid those construction workers in the past with oil money that was stolen from Iraq even though Saddam was giving us oil to set those bombs that blew up in the pillars causing the ineveitable collapse of two towers.

I wonder if that falls under a type of discrimination? I have had my medical marijuana prescription for a year, and was told by a company that the will not hire me because I use medical marijuana. I only smoke at night and never during the day, so I will never go to work high, and they still refuse to hire me.

Like or dislike him, it's disgusting to see grown(and not so grown) adults continue to make ignorant low class remarks about our President. Are there not better ways to communicate your feelings as adults?? ......and to put in writing....ughh. ANYONE ABOVE IT ???

A man beats his wife, causing her to have multiple miscarriages, which he raped to get that way.He is the reason she now has only days ti live,he also raped his daughter, who is now pregnant, and he may go FREE!! he has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stree Disorder, and they say he is not responsible for his actions. Never mind that he holds down the same job for the last few years and works 12 hours a day and nobody even knew anything was wrong with him until he got charged with the rape of his daughter.

Not only are we fighting a civil war in Iraq. 9/11 then Katrina... Here's my conspiracy theory.

Bush was smart enough to know that when you live next to the ocean and three other large lakes that when a catagory 5 hurricane hits it is most likely that the land UNDER SEA LEVEL! will flood. So he paid the weather channel ten million dollars to flash "Katrina is not a threat" every once in a while during the Katrina coverage.

Then when it did hit they let all the black people sit and suffer, and that food they dropped from helicopters was actually bombs that made the people insane so they went and stole some Nike's and televisions.

The reason the CIA set up this terrorist attack is to kill a bunch of people on welfare, but at the same time give them free homes and money in hopes that they will get a job and better their lives. Instead everyone just sat back and complained about that multi billion dollar response to poor people that didn't appreciate the help.

Now I am told I cannot own a gun to hunt because I swatted him on the rear and my ex-fiance went to the cops and said I "beat" him. I admitted to spanking him and pled guilty. Is there anyway to get my gun rights back? Since this is only a misdemeanor it's hard to believe this can happen.

Ok, basically all we have to do is write a 4-6 page paper on one supreme court case from the past fifty years that I think was decided wrongly. I have to write a convincing argument to explain why the Supreme's Court's decision was incorrect. I must base my reasons on Constitutional arguments, precedents, and history.

I am not asking you guys to write this for me, but I was wondering what would be the best supreme court case to pick? As in, what case would have the most available resources and easier to write a lot on.
