Obviously it is wrong, just because someone has more money than the other, it doesn't mean they are any better or worse than each other

Not supposed to. But they can & will.
Of course with more money you can afford a lawyer to fight any decision or ruling against you.

Not LEGALLY. I don't think. But, EVERYTHING has a cost in the world, almost, and if you don't anty up, you don't get the anty.
